Aria’s POV

The bell rang and I began to walk out of History Class to lunch when I felt a strong hand on my shoulder. I whipped my head around to see Zayn behind me.

“Can we talk?” Zayn asked me.

“Sure,” I replied quietly. I followed Zayn outside, he pushed open the door to the school’s outdoor campus and he sat down on an empty bench away from the buzz of students.

“I-I am sorry,” Zayn started off, “For choosing Perrie over you,” Zayn finished. “The truth is, I have never been in love with her,” Zayn said.

“It’s fine, I get it, she’s prettier than me, she’s more popular than me, Perrie is everything I am not,” I replied.

“Perrie’s not you,” Zayn said, smiling at me. I smiled back at him, looking into his deep, brown eyes. He put his arm around me and I leaned on his shoulder, gazing up at the hopeful sky.

Zayn’s POV

I wish I could stay here forever with Aria in my arms. I couldn’t help but smile down at her. Nothing had ever felt more right than being with her. As the bell rang, we both ran off to dreadfully long classes. As I sat in class, I daydreamed about Aria, her wavy brown hair in perfect curls and her-

“Zayn Malik, please explain the answer to number 4,” Ms. Smith said in a strict tone.

         “Uh, number 4?” I said uneasily, “It’s uh, 23?” I answered.

“That is incorrect Mr. Malik please pay closer attention,” Ms. Smith said gruffly.

“I am sorry I will pay closer attention,” I replied back in a serious tone.

“Thank you,” Ms. Smith replied quickly, droning on with more class instruction.

Perrie’s POV

I sat in the unsanitary doctor’s office, waiting for one of the pathetic nurses to call me into the shabby offices. Yearly physicals were an unnecessary event and may I mention a waste of time. I sighed and looked down at my nails, I could definitely use a manicure. The lady at the front desk ushered me over and led me into a room where I would be checked and questioned by the doctor. The doctor motioned me over to a scale and I stepped on as she recorded my weight. I put back on my Prada heels and strutted over to a chair where I sat down and the doctor questioned me. I rolled my eyes in annoyance as I glanced at the clock. As the doctor did a few more check ups, she looked at me puzzled as if there was something on her mind.

“I will be right back,” she told me as she walked into another room. I groaned, annoyed, as I texted my best friend Kate. The doctor walked back into the office shortly and began to question me some more. This time, the answer to most of the questions was yes. The doctor nodded her head and jotted down the answers.

“Miss. Edwards, I believe you may be pregnant,” the doctor said finally, “Now I can’t be sure but you have shown many symptoms and the test results also point to my conclusion,” the doctor finished. I began to hyperventilate, this could not be happening.

“WHAT!” I screamed at the top of my lungs. The doctor looked at me in shock and told me she would check in with the other doctors to finalize her conclusion.

“Perrie, I am not able to find your patient file,” the doctor said as she walked into the office. “Do you know where it may be?” the doctor said sweetly.

“No!” I yelled at her, stress and anger building up.

“Okay then but you are indeed pregnant,” she finished.

“Am I being punked?” I asked in annoyance.

“No, you are not being punked, you are pregnant,” the doctor answered. All I could think was “Liam Payne."
