All Over Again-One Direction Valentines Competition

Emily has never been normal. With a deep passion for music, everyone that she met was certain that one day they'd be saying "I knew her when she wasn't famous." But there was one thing standing in her way. Zayn Malik. When her parents let her go to England for the summer and study at a music camp, Emily meets Zayn. They have a deep and passionate summer romance, that comes to an abrupt end when she is forced to return to her normal life. Emily is in awe. The boy who she wrote all of her songs about was now taking over the world. But was it the fact that she could only think about him the reason why she wasn't able to make it? And what happens when Emily moves to London and runs into Zayn, a week before Valentines day, just months after he's split from Perrie?

1. No Love, This Is Not A Dream

"All I went through led me to you, and I'd do it all over again..."-Bruno Mars

Emily's POV

"You Zayn Malik, are a bully!" I giggled as his arms wrapped tightly around my waist, the summer sun fanning over our faces. He spun me around, my back pressed to his chest, as I laughed uncontrollably. I came to Bradford thinking I was going to be spending my summer focusing on my music, but then I had met this mysterious, handsome boy, with a voice of velvet. We spent the summer kissing in the flash rain, making each other breakfast, showering each other with kisses, and falling deeply and passionately in love. I turned around, clutching his face in my small hands, and pulled him in for a kiss. But all of a sudden he was being pulled away from me.

"Emily!" His arms reached out for me, tears streaming down his face, but I couldn't move my feet. I couldn't reach my voice. I was paralyzed by the thought of leaving him. I closed my eyes, and he was gone, a voice echoing in my head.

"You never answer my calls, or texts. I guess this is goodbye. Forever." Was the last thing I heard from him.

I woke up with a start. Pulling myself out from under the covers. What was that? It was the first time I had dreamed about Zayn in a long time. The pain was coursing through me like someone had injected poison into my system. Ever since I saw those eyes staring back at me, I ran, and I've been running ever since. Running from the pain of leaving my Zayn behind.

Zayn's POV

I heard her before I saw her, the same silky voice that I had come to love, with her adorable Canadian accent. She payed the cashier and then made her way to the counter to wait for her drink. I did the same and waited beside her. She was looking down at her phone, so she didn't see me. Someone must have sent her something funny because a giggle escaped from her soft, pink lips. I remembered that giggle all too well, and it still sent shivers down my spine. I was still in love with her

"Emily!" The barista set her drink on the counter, and Emily walked up to get it. He winked at her, but she just looked away, blushing. That's my Emily. She turned around to leave the shop when her eyes met mine. She gasped, almost dropping her drink. I gave her a small smile, not quite knowing what to do. Although I was hurt when she left and didn't even try to contact me, I understood. Continuing our relationship so far from each other would have been hell. It would have ruined everything we ever had. But now she was here. She put her head down and rushed out of the shop before I could say "hi".

"Zayn? Helloooooo, Zayn!" Louis was waving his hand in front of my face. I snapped out of it, realizing that I must have looked insane or something, sitting there with a blank stare on my face as I thought about the love of my life.

"Alright mate," Niall sat down beside me, "You've been checked out for a couple days now and we know it's not over Perrie, so you better tell us what is going on."

"I saw her." I looked down at my hands. Only Liam understood what I meant. He rushed in front of me asking me where and when. I just sighed. The rest of the boys were shooting me confused glances. I took a deep breath and explained it all to them. When I was done, they just smirked, Harry muttering something about a plan.

Emily's POV

I hate valentines day. Always have, always will. I've never had a Valentine. Not that I ever really wanted one. None of the boys in my school could compare to the wonders of Zayn Malik. His kisses, his touch, his smile... Seeing him last week threw me off, and I wasn't able to remove him from my mind. I shook my head, making my way to the same coffee shop. I was there every day, same time. When I opened the door though, everything was off. The lights were dimmed, my favourite flower, the Gerbera Daisy, was in every spot imaginable, and the place was empty, except for one handsome young man, standing there in a tux, with a sheepish smile on his face.

Zayn's POV

"I missed you like crazy." I smiled up at her. She just shook her head, dumbfounded. But then a smile spread across her lips and my heart burst into flames. This was it. She took a few steps forward until she was standing right in front of me. But she wouldn't look me in the eye.

"I'm so, so, so sorry Zayn." She was still looking at her feet. I cupped her chin in my hand, pulling her face up, making her look into my eyes. I thought that I would be able to forgive her right away, but I still had so many unanswered questions in my head.

"Did you even love me?" I whispered. She nodded her head.

"Yes." She breathed.

"Did you miss me?" She nodded again, I moved my hands to her waist.

"Yes." She pulled her chin out of the palm of my hand.

"Did you never answer my messages because you were scared?" Her head was pressed against my chest. She nodded into my shirt.

"Yes." I smiled, I knew her like the back of my hand, of course I was right.

Emily's POV

His hands were on my waist, my head pressed up against his chest. His heart was going just as wild as mine was. He still loved me.

"Do you still miss me?" Was his next question.

"Yes." I answered for the fourth time.

"Good," he smiled, his eyes crinkling in the corners, my knees almost gave way, the feeling of missing him taking over my body.

"And I still love you too, Zayn Malik." The smile never left his face, and I felt on creeping onto my lips. He let out a deep breath, resting his chin on the top of my head, wrapping his arms around me, holding me to him as close as he could.

"I don't care how long it took or how much pain I went through, I love you Emily, and I never stopped. And I never will stop. I will always be in love with you. Nothing can stop me." He said, looking deep into my eyes. He leaned in and kissed me. Gently at first, our lips only just touching, but when my lips reacted to his, he kissed me deeper and more passionately.

Zayn's POV

I pulled away from our kiss, smiling. But there were tears forming in her eyes, a worried look on her face.

"Emily, love. What's wrong?" I pulled her closer to me, afraid I was going to lose her again. She just shook her head.

"Is this a dream?" I couldn't help but let a laugh escape from my lips. I kissed her slowly and tenderly.

"No love, this is not a dream. This is real. So very real."
