The Mystery Girl

Emma was a normal teenage girl when one day her life is flipped upside down. She meets a cheeky boy named Harry Styles from the band One Direction. She instantly is mesmerized by his green eyes. She continues to bump into Harry, but he never learns her name. Are they mean't to be, or will the remain strangers searching for lost love?

1. Nandos

Emma's POV

"Can't I just make something here?" I say to my best friend, Maddie.

"No, I want some Nandos! We haven't been there for so long!" She whines. I roll my eyes.

"We were there yesterday for lunch!"

"Exactly!" She says, she's always hungry I swear.

"Fine," I say. I grab my keys and we walk outside. We climb into my small Volkswagen Beetle and speed down the road. I turn on the radio. What Makes You Beautiful is playing.  Maddie and I start to sing along, dancing around in our seats.

"I don't understand why we aren't famous yet," I say turning the radio down and smirking.

We are welcomed to Nandos by a large crowd of screaming girls.

"What the hell is going on?" Maddie shrieks. I shrug my shoulders and get out of the car.

It was obvious that none of the girls are actually eating there, so we push our way through the crowd. We make our way to an open spot in the corner of the restaurant.

"Whats going on?" Maddie asks. I stand on my tippy-toes and try to see. I see nothing but two heads. One blonde and one brunette. "What is going on?!" Maddie yells.

"Look for yourself?" Her face drops. I loved making fun of how short she is, "Oh yeah, you're too short! I can only see a couple of heads,"

Two boys emerge from the crowd. I immediately recognize the boys standing in front of me.

"Hello, Love!" The curly haired, green eyed boy says. His eyes are beautiful. I just stare at them. He laughs. "I'm Harry and this is Niall," He says, gesturing to the blonde boy next to him.

"From One Direction." Maddie says enthusiastically.

"Yup," Harry says, "Thats us!" I try to say my name, but nothing comes out.

"Well I'm Maddie!" Maddie says. I expect her to say my name, she usually does, knowing how shy I get around the boys I like,  but she does not.

"It was a pleasure meeting you, but we gotta get back to the Lads!" Niall says in his thick Irish accent. Maddie and I wave our goodbyes and get into line. The girls all disappear.

"Idiot!" I say, smacking her arm.

"What?" Maddie says.

"I was unable to speak and you didn't tell them my name! Your such an idiot!" I say a little too loud.

"Shh, I forgot, okay? I made a mistake! Everyone does!" She turns to the cashier and begins to order. "I'll have an extra hot chicken breast, what do you want?" Maddie turns to me.

"I'll have a lemon and herb wrap, please," I say. The cashier taps in my order.

"Baby," Maddie whispers, snickering.

"I can't take spice okay! You know that!" She shrugs.

"For here or to-go?" The cashier asks.

"To-go," I say.  In a matter of seconds our order is done. I grab the bag and walk out to the car. I put the key in the ignition and begin to drive.
