Passion (15+)

When the 16 years old girl called Emily, decided to go for a trip to Brighton, UK, with three of her best friends, she didn't imagine running into a guy that would change her life completely.
Their plans had been; Partying, flirting, having one night stands, and just enjoy the life as a teenager, with no parents for the whole summer.
But when she met him at a festival one night, her life turned upside down, and nothing would ever be the same...
She fell head over heels in love with him, but didn't realise how bad it was until it was too late.
That's what happens when you fall in love with 19 years old, Zayn Malik.

29. It's your choice, after all.

When she was on the last step on the chair, she looked at him. Her eyes turned angry, and cold. How did he dare to try to make her stay?! That jerk. She took a deep breath, took the last step down, and slowly walked towards the room, to the door that he was blocking. "Get. out. of. my. way" She was talking slow, and her hands were shaking. His arms were crossed across his chest, and he just shook his head. "I mean it..." She took one step closer, and tried to pull him away. But since he was way bigger than her, and stronger than her, he didn't move, not even a little bit. His feet were like glued to the floor. His fists were closed, hard. "You're not leaving," His voice was ice cold. Again she tried to push him away, but this time he grabbed both of her wrists. "You can't keep me here forever!" She screamed, and tried to hit him, but he held her hands away from him. The words hit him harder than she meant to. All he wanted was to keep her forever, not in his flat, but in his arms. In his heart. "Emily, don't make this harder than it actually is. Just stay." He was staring deep into her tear filled brown eyes. "I'm not! I need some time with the girls... after all, it was them that I went on vacation with. I miss them!" She was still yelling, and desperately tried to pull her wrists out of his hard grip.

Zayn's P.O.V:

All I wanted was to keep her safe, from all the things that could hurt her out there. I knew it was wrong of me to try keep here in this flat, for so long. I knew that she really needed some time with her girls, specially Clara, she had been talking a lot about that girl. I had to hang out with the boys as well, but all the times they called I had told them that I just didn't have the time at that current moment. I had really let them down, cause I was being over-protective. When I realised how stupid it was of me to try to make her stay here, and ruin her summer with the girls, and my summer as well, I slowly let go of her wrists, and let my hands fall down my sides. "Only you know what's best for you..." I whispered, and stepped aside. Go. Leave. It's fine. Do whatever you want. I wanted to say the words, but I weren't able to. Not even a sound. She didn't calm down, as fast as I did. She still stared at me, with hate. It simply tore me apart. "Thank you," She snapped, but didn't mean it. No doubt about that. I placed my hand on the door handle, "Just promise me not to do anything stupid, I'm already doubting about letting you leave, and if you get hurt... I will never be able to forgive myself." I turned to face the floor, really hoping that she would calm down, cause I needed a hug or a kiss before she left, but she just sighed loudly, pulled my hand away from the handle, and opened up the door. "I'll come back tomorrow, or next week. I don't know," She looked at me one last time, well aware of how I felt, then she slammed the door. Even some long seconds after she had left, the ringing of the slamming the door, was still filling my ears. I shrank down on the floor, resting my back against the wall. My heart turned grey, just as fast as she had made up her mind. I knew that she would come back, it wasn't over. If it was over, I wouldn't be able to stand up a half hour later, pick up my phone, and dial Liam's number. It didn't take many BEEBS before he picked up, "Hey it's Liam," His soft and deep voice made me smile, "Hey Liam, it's Zayn," He turned quiet for some seconds, making me feel nervous. "Zayn! Why are you calling?" He asked, and I knew that he actually wondered. "I just wanted to ask if you and the boys wanted to hang out, or something?" My voice was shaking a bit, really scared that they had made other plans, cause after all I had been letting them down every time they called. "Sure! We would love to, Niall is with me right now... You can just come over, I'll call Hazza and Lou," He sounded happy, making me sigh out happily, relieved.

"Thank you, so much," I said, while rushing upstairs, to find some clothes. "Haha, well, you're welcome? I guess?"

"Haha, I'll be at yours in a half hours,"

"Awesome. We'll see you then, bye," He hung up. And I threw the phone on my bed.

The way that Liam had sounded happy when I called made me realise how much I missed them, all of them. Still the thought of Emily in the back of my mind, was haunting me. A week? Had she really said a whole week? That was... No, she would be back tomorrow, right? I pushed the thoughts out of my head, and got dressed. I would be seeing the boys again today, and just when I started feeling a little smile grow on my face, I've got an text message...
