Is there reasons for everything?

2. Chapter Two

Skye, please. Listen." His blue eyes were full of emotion.

"No, I can't. You know I can't."

"If you didn't want to listen, why the hell did you open your window, when I called youre name?"

"Because I was sure, you would have broken it and awoken my parents if I didn't. Stones actually make a sound when they are thrown against glas, in case you haven't realized." I said while banging my window shut. I could see his outline, slowly sitting down, whilst his left hand was tossling around in his hair. He actually looked broken to my shock. It was a long time since I had seen him like that, if I ever had seen him like that.

I woke up fully clothed on my bed. My arm hang out over the bed, just about touching the floor, my mouth was open and drool was on my pillow. A truly beautiful sight.

"Sweetheart, breakfast is ready."

"Coming mom."

I quickly brushed my teeth, took a pair of tight fitted jeans, a long sleeved tee on, and ran to the kitchen, where I found my mom bussily baking the last pancake.

"That looks great mom, what's the occasion?"

She smiled uncertainly.

"Can't a mom bake pancakes for her daughter, without there being a reason?"

"No, not when it's you." I said, suddenly suspicious.

"Well, I just felt like it."

"You never feel like anything, mom. You just hang around in the house, and use money on stupid things." I whispered angrily.

"Skye, if you don't shut up now..."

I ran out of the house, hurling my bag over my shoulder and grabbing my jacket on the way.
