First Day In Forever

Amy has always dreamt of being prom queen, but not being part of the popular group hasn’t helped her. Neither has not being able to get a date, when she really wants Lucas, her crush, to ask her. When her best friends suggests a blind date, Amy decides to take the plunge, but will it all work out?

Leave me a comment saying if you’re Team Logan, Chace or Lucas :D Thanks xoxo

I would love if you could leave me some comments as to what to include next in the book, because I’d love to hear your ideas for the plot! Thanks :D

This way, I can take your comments into account and hopefully each edit will be better than the last! Thank you all for your support, means a lot to me :D

21. Decisions

When prom was over, I was smiling a bit as we walked back to the car. I put my hand on Chace's chest to stop him. "I really enjoyed tonight, Chace," I said as he smiling kindly down at me, "you really made it special" Before he could say anything, I stepped up on my tiptoes and kissed his mouth. I was expecting to feel fireworks, but Chace pulled away and wiped his mouth. "Amy!" Chace scolded me. "I have a girlfriend! You know I was just doing this for Logan, not because I like you!" he spat at me. I felt offended then, but it was totally my fault. I don't know why I kissed him, it was a spur of the moment kind of thing. "I'm sorry." I muttered. "It's okay, just don't do it again." he said back, still clearly annoyed at me. "Chace?" I said. "What is it?" he replied, exasperated. "Will you take me to see Logan?" I asked him. He smiled slightly. I think this was exactly what he wanted to hear. "Sure, get in" he said as he opened the car door. Getting in himself, we drove back to the Wilder's, both of us hoping Logan could forgive me. As we drove, Chace turned to face me. "You really hurt him, you know" he said. It was quite obvious who he was talking about. "He really liked you, and you blew it" he continued. "I know" I mumbled. I realised how much better this night would have been with someone who actually liked me. Chace turned on the radio to break the silence. A sad song played that made me think of Logan. Eventually we pulled into the drive, and both sat there in silence.
