for everyone who doesn't know, I am absolutely in love with NBC's show Hannibal (albeit being like 3yrs late to the bandwagon...) But I just saw this fanvideo on YouTube and tbh it's at really effective trailer for the show- if you're looking for something new to binge, I CANNOT RECOMMEND HANIBAL MORE STRONGLY <3 <3

Hey guys, this is embarrassing as heck, but..... I kinda sorta maybe made a youtube channel??? It's just gonna be historical-based podcasts- I'm thinking some short biographies, history book reviews, maybe some of my own historical fiction? But yeah, check it out if you're interested in that kind of thing! The first video is on Catherine of Aragon (YOU GET TO HEAR MY VOICE! wow! I'm a real-life teenage girl and not a 58yr old man!), and I'd definitely be open to suggestions for future videos :D <3

Mirlotta River_Summers ☕️- I haven't spoken to you or been on Movellas in forrevveerrr but omg River I just saw your background is Hannibal and NO ONE where I live has ever seen it except for me ...... and like damnnnn I've just gotta ask the generic questions like who's your favourite character?? And whether you actually think Hannibal and Will would be a workable relationship ooh10 months agoOmg I feel terrible because I'm such a fake fan I've only seen a few of the episodes but from the ones I've seen so far Hannibal is by far my favourite character (AND MADS MIKKELSEN PLAYS HIM TO PERFECTION MAY BLESSINGS RAIN DOWN UPON HIM), even though I know what he does, and that's why I find it such an amazing show that it can make you sympathise with him and even root for him. And even though the shipper part of my brain wants them to be a couple, I'm honestly not sure how that would work in a traditional relationship sense but the whole murder-husbands thing maybe could work. I'm honestly just dead that they cancelled it like tbh how about u??10 months agoIt's okay- honestly, I've been watching it for about... half a year(??) now and I'm still only mid-way through s2, I watch TV shows so slowly :'(( Partially with Hannibal it's because I'm low-key terrified every episode as well oops
BUT OMG YES I know exactly what you mean, I root for Hannibal so much, but also absolutely hate him???? <3 <3 Will's gotta be my fave though, or Dr Chilton because he's so gosh-darn relatable (have you met him yet?)
And like yes I definitely see what you mean about their relationship, and especially for Will I think it would be a total disaster mentally??? From what I've seen on the internet though, all of tumblr basically treats them as a couple so idk if that's canon or wishful thinking hmmm

I just re-read a bunch of my 2013 - 2014 era movellas and I'm really feeling the Movellas nostalgia.
(Also shit damn I was an insanely creative 12 year old, am actually in awe of some of the outlandishness of my own writing??)
I've been going through writer's block and also a looottttt of other stuff that means I haven't been properly active on this site in over a year, but that doesn't mean I've forgotten this amazing community who helped shape who I am today. I'm sorry to all the people I lost touch with, but I still think you're all completely brill and I'm just really feeling the love right now, you know? <3 <31 years agoYeah haha the community is definitely very different to how it was when I first joined movellas
