I am the page between your fingertips, familiar and safe and comforting, I am your elbows that rest on the table holding the book. I am sharp and angular and unforgiving. I am the clenched muscles in your shoulders that tighten with angst as your eyes skim the words on your page.
The spine of your book is what I am; break me in, use me as your home.

    Thank you Wishingstrong! :)
I originally wrote this for a competition, so I am not sure if I should write more, but I did intend it to be short. Thanks again! I will have a look at your Movella now! :D

Cool, I like the start, the description of the sea is really inventive. I think you should separate it out a bit with paragraphs. That way, it breaks it up a bit for the reader and encourages them to read more! It's really well written flowing beautifully. Just remember new speaker, new line! Come check out my piece: 'beautiful secrets' I'd really appriciate it.

This is really different to the other fantacy stories i've read- its really... sad. Yeah thats the word. It makes me feel empty. I think it is the innosence of the main character who just accept that being beaten is what happens. Can't wait to see it progress! Come check out mine 'beautiful secrets' I'd really appriciate it!

aw thank you! well it's meant to be kind of sad as this is the bit when she has a really bad point in her life, but when she meets the 'yellow eyes' it shows how her life changes. I shall check it out, the title sounds good!
