I'm a 30 year old teacher from Denmark. In my free time I study neurology, psychology and pedagogic neuroscience besides reading ordinary fiction. My stories and poetry here is almost always founded in brain malfunctions and psychological aspects, and happy endings are very rare. I only write stories when compelled by ideas who insist on escaping my brain, and I am very critic when it comes to my own work. Therefore my bibliography isn't very long. If you'd like some constructive criticism please ask, and I shall deliver my honest opinion. Be ready to handle it though as I only speak unfiltered honest opinions with no regard for your feelings.

Chapter 2: Still very very well written. Very compelling! You keep raising more questions than answered i like that.

However, there are a few things which I missed from chapter 1.

    1. The few rhyming sentences. They really added a very distinct, feeling in chapter 1, that I kind of expected in chapter 2. Disapointed at that :/

    2. In chapter 1. the Top hat man was reffered to as "It" in chapter1 but as "He" in chapter 2. Is that deliberate? I liked the mystery of a Top hat man being reffered to as "It" and found the change a bit confusing.

I can think of no more constructive criticism to add to this brilliant piece of writing. I'll carry on reading tomorrow. :)

Just finished chapter 1 and it didn't take long to give me the exact same feeling as when I'm reading "The Raven" By Edgar Poe! I guess you do, Like Allan, compel you reader to continue by providing unanswered questions and unending mystery. Also the rhyming in the middle of it is just brilliant. I kept thinking "what the H...'s goin on here?!" ... I'll have to go find out now :) Great writing mate!

How do you set the language of the page. I'm only getting Danish feed since I'm located in Denmark but would really like to have an English feed instead. How to do that if possible?

Are there any specific story you'd like me to lay my eyes on?

Ooh, do you teach English as a Second language or like literature? I aimed to study history in Uni, before stuff came up. It's kind of my playground.
Eh, I don't really want to get into it, but my mother passed away about a year and a month ago, so I've assumed responsibility for my household, since there's so many small children and I know my father can't manage it all on his own. Movellas helps me escape, when I need it.

Ooh, twisted is good. I like twisted xD Your 'House of Son' caught my eye, though I haven't set out on reading it yet, though I can give Glendale a read, sure.
Erm... Well, there is one story that I've been meaning to complete, but I'm sitting on the precipice of just leaving it and starting another. There's literally like two chapters left or something, and I have half the mind to just find something else to work on xD But I will finish it. I have to. It's unfair to the story, otherwise. It's called 'Maverick' and it's a bit steep in morbidity, I think, which is why nobodies really taken fancy to it. And I think it lacks an actual moral... I'll have to read it over properly. Anyway, you would like it if 17th century warfare, indecision and politics is more your thing.

    English as 2nd lang.

My condolences about your Mother. I thought it was something like that

House of sin is my attempt to enter a historical period and mix in some weirdness and religion.

As a history geek I fancy 17th century warfare and politics a lot. ☺
