thank you so much for the tips and websites you commented <3

also, the asterick in trans is now considered outdated. though i personally dont find it offensive, lots is transgenders do. just a little warning, in case you get hate for the asterisk <3

and just this last chapter alone says a lot about society. chris- like me and sO many others- just want to get by in life. gender is just an expression to help society settle, and though it is important, it is not the deciding factor of humanity. he/him, she/her, they/them. whatever the pronouns are, theyre just words to make ourselves feel more okay in our skin! sometimes people feel okay in their skin, and they like how they were born. and you know what?! THAT IS PERFECTLY OKAY. and sometimes, people DONT feel comfortable in their skin, and want to change their gender. and you wanna know something?! THAT IS STILL PERFECTLY OKAY! and some people dont WANT a gender, but thats perfectly okay too! why is that hard for so many people to understand?!

i read your mumbles about chris, manni, tho i will say that is not why i decided to read this book. i digress. i read your mumbles about chris, manni, and... i suppose it is because that hits close to home, or maybe the way you described him, but you had me in tears. chris sounded like a wonderful person, and i hate knowing there was a part of him that was so hurt, he took his own life. chris sounded like a world of day and night, moon and sun, and i hate that end the end the end the beauty of the darkness beat out the beauty of the light. chis IS an angel, and not even death can change that. chris IS still a wonderful masterpiece, even if he be one in progress. he may be physically gone, but those who knew him will still hold him dear to their hearts, and he will affect others like me, through you. he will not become a was, not ever. chris has indeed passed away, but what is death besides a transition into another life? chris is with god now, the angel he so embodied when he was alive with you and his family and friends.
i originally decided to read this book due to i myself being trans, but now i also read it for chris. and may he rest in peace, not as a girl, but as a boy. a man.

it was no problem for me to write out, because i was merely speaking how i felt and thought as i read your mumbles. no matter how chris was born, no matter how far along he was in his journey, no matter what, chris is and will always be a boy, a man. he will always be valid.
