    I would love some tips and advice on improving my stories. I'm really new at writing and would love to hear some ways on improving a story to get a point across. Like what's better or more preferred in story writing? Writing in third person, or writing like you're in the mind of a character. What I mean by this is which is more preferred? "Nora Walked to the man dressed in black." or "I walked to the man dressed in black." ?? Any Ideas? Thanks -Emily E

    Prodigy explained it really well, but i would like to add that for most writer friends i know, they find 3rd person past easiest to write, myself included. However, of course it is best to write in whatever you feel most comfortable in!
