I never know what to write in these little 'About You' boxes. Does anyone read them? More importantly does anyone care?

I've decided, however, that I will write a little bit about myself in this space relating to my activity on this site!

So! Here goes:

I'm always after constructive criticism. Not so much relating to typos or grammar (although please feel free to point out any recurring mistakes) most of my stuff is first draft so there is bound to be a few bumps and bruises. I really am interested in knowing how my writing makes you A) feel, B) whether it conjures up a good scene and C) how believable my characters are. These are the things I am most conscious of and curious to know about.

You will never find me telling anyone that they are a bad writer but, be warned, if you ask specifically for me to read you writing, or for my thoughts, you may not get the "liked, faved and commented" back from me that seems so popular, but an actual analysis of your work. So please don't come looking for easy likes from me.

Moving on... I will always try and look at the people's work who have commented/liked/favourited mine. I feel this only fair! It may take me a little while but I will get round to it!

I think that's about all. If you have any requests for critiques or any questions in general - don't be a stranger! Much love to you peeps <3

In response to Silverina because I am unable to rey to your comment for some reason! : Wow! Have no idea how I missed the last fee comments I've had on this! My email notifications don't seem to be working :/ thank you a LOT for your comment. Your CC is very helpful and I'm planning on doing the second draft of this starting this week so it's come at just the right time! I loved your connection between aunt Edith and Jill. It's cruelly something I hadn't considered! And your questions about the ending (which was purposefully abrupt) mean I can answer with, this story has either a sequel or another, as yet unwritten, part to it. No one else seemed to pick up on the unanswered questions so I didn't say anything but I left enough intrigue there for another part! And thank out for your CC about the corny characters in the past. Something I shall definitely work on to improve! Your comment has been a delight to read and thank you very much!

Amazingly well written! Pulled me right in and hooked me! You describe her feelings so well! I wasn't sure whether she would have deliberately killed her sister or, in spite, tried to kill herself and then Claire saved her, ending in Claire's accidental, but still cassie's fault, death. So sad though, I feel absolutely awful for the mum!

Claire. My sister. She was so perfect, so brilliant. The best student, the popular girl, the ideal daughter, the true friend and the perfect sister. But I hated her. I hated that she was so impeccable,...

Awh thank you so much Catharine! I'm so glad you liked this, and yes, I had thought of that too....but then kinda figured people WOULD think Cassie would kill her sister, and so instead expect me to make it an accident like that...so decided to do this as a shocker, hehe, if you know what I mean ;)
