Just keep on writing and don't edit anything at all. If you don't know how to link the whole story together, who says you need to write in order? Write all the important chapters that you're sure of, then link them over. The point of NaNo is to get a first draft of a novel down, not to have a perfect one by the end of it (which is pretty impossible anyway). So my advice would be just keep writing your story, let it flow by itself, write on a whim, plan it out, anything. But don't look back until the clock strikes midnight on December 1st.
