    I agree about working at a computer that is not connected to the Internet. It's like working in an entirely different environment. There's no pressure to do anything other than to write and I can fill an entire morning or afternoon at the writing undisrupted. The quality of my writing seems to improve as well. Ideally I would work at a manual typewriter, but it isn't expedient (no spell check, ect.). The act of creative writing draws upon forces we are not even aware of, many of them located in the subconscience.
