Most girls don't hit puberty when their 15. I guess you could say I'm not most girls. I'm Emily Gray and I hit puberty a little late, and it did me pretty good. You know those transformation pages on Instagram? Yeah, I could be on one. But that wasn't the only change in my life that summer. I didn't think I would move or become internet famous or go on a world tour. Or meet One Direction. Or almost get pregnant or even a trip to the ER in the middle of the night. Remember what I said before? I'm Not like most girls.
And this is my story...

2. And So We Start

Most girls wouldn't won't to go through puberty at age 15. Most girls have friends and somebody to talk to. But I'm not like most girls. I'm Emily and this my story.

My high school is like a normal high school. There's the nerds who fit in with themselves, and there's the mean girls. There's the jocks and cheerleaders, the popular stuck up jocks. The normal kids and the weird kids. But that doesn't matter right now anyways. The school bell rang, and it's summer time.

I don't have pretty hair like most girls. It's red and curly. I'm not very skinny either. I'm kinda on the fat scale. I chew on my nails and I have the ugliest wardrobe ever. I guess you could say my best feature us my bright, blue eyes. I hit those from my dad.

As I hop into ugly used beaten up car, I think how nice it will be to get theses braces off tomorrow. Then I pull into the driveway.

"Mom! I'm home!" I yell. She must be in her office so I set down my stuff in my room and settle down to the peace and quiet. But not for long. Ben and his friends come barreling through the house at top speed. They must be drunk or something. I watched Netflix then fixed us dinner because our parents work late and Bens just lazy.
