1. In a While

Hanna POV

My heart is beating as hard as it can. I haven't seen him in 4 years. It was one question, and I couldn't answer it. I still love him, and I wonder if he still loves me, or if he's wondering if I still love him.

"Hey.." He says.

"Hi.." Is all I say. Godammit, Hanna! You love him, but you don't want to!

I look at Alex, she's worried about something since she's scratching her head.

"Heh..um.. I'll be on my way now."She says while fast walking to her parents, who own the restaurant. She's pointing to the jukebox.

"Um.. I'm..I'm so sorry Liam, I..I need to go.." I say, jogging to Alex.

"What the hell! We just reunited today and now you're going this far?" I ask.

"I'm just telling my parents that the jukebox is broken." She says, walking over to it. She softly tried to turn it on, and nothing happens.

"Oh..sorry." I quickly say before walking back to the table I was sitting at.

"Hanna.." Liam says. My face goes hot. Oh no. Oh. No. I can't be blushing!

---------------

I walk into my condo with Alex.

"Holy shit! This place is hella big!" She screams.

"Oh my god, Alex! There are kids in the next room!" I tell her.

"Yeah, but didn't their parents leave, when we came in?" She asks.

"Oh yeah, you're right." I say while remember.

"Whatever, let's just start unpacking. I need a nap."

My phone suddenly rings as I'm taking my wallet out of my bag. I grab it. An unknown number. For some reason, I recognise it.

I answer.

"I don't hear my kids." The person on the other line says.

I see a piece of paper in my bag and it says,

Babysit my children. I am staying in the room beside you. My husband and I will be back around 11:00. Please stay there until I arrive at my room. Thank you, sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Leathem.
