[The Savior: After the fall]

Humanity has encountered thousands of wars and conflict but none which could rival the scale of the massive destruction, The Fall. Since The Fall, mankind has reached its turning point. Technology could no longer advance and majority of the population were wiped out. Who is the savior of this world?

9. The Threat

"By the way," I started a conversation with the unknown person, "What is your name? It feels awkward to call you unknown person or a stranger."

"Call me anything other than it. I am fine with anything except for insults," he replied back without caring much about this subject. Names probably didn't matter to him.

"Then... what about-" I was interrupted by the sudden noise that nearby people made. No, they were just delinquents. These delinquents nowadays forgets their age and lives for the enjoyment of economic and social freedom. These lawless world may have spoiled them too much.

"Hand me whatever you have!" a group of three arrogant looking delinquents came for unknown reasons. Not that they need to have a reason to start anything here. Without law enforcement, these people were the law themselves.

"Get out of here! Bring me some alcohol!" Mr. Thompson must be out of his mind to say something like that. Unlike us, who actually contributes to the camp, these knuckleheads can't get through with common logic.

"Get out of the way loser!" one of the delinquents actually punched Mr. Thompson. It was surprising because for the most of the time, they only do this for a threat but it was no longer the same thing.

"Mary! Check for Mr. Thompson, I will take care of these guys!" I calmed the situation.

Out of the three members, the one in the center with light-brown jacket and messy hairstyle had the highest advantage when it comes to size. Compared to his taller-than-six-foot-body, the rest of two, one with a brown crew cut and the other with blonde comb over, had lean figure and rather weak compared to people that I have met so far. It was now clear that they were able to intimidate others because of their numbers, not their own individual skill.

"Come at me, you stereotypical, delusional delinquents!" I started the fight out in the streets.
