18. The Date pt 2

When she finally made her way over, she looked at the both of us and squinted her eyes in my direction.

"Hey." she said, obviously wanting to start a conversation with him and not me.

"Hey." he said back, smirking up at her.

What on earth is going on here?

"Soooo, are we on for tomorrow?" she asked, making me very curious.

"You bet." he said, his eyes sparkling like they did when he first picked me up.

She then basiacally cat walked back behind the counter as Arturos eyes turned towards me. I certainly wasn't enjoying this work date .

I rolled my eyes and looked down to the table and draw invisible drawings like I always do when I'm annoyed.

"So, what was it you were asking me?" he said in an almost bored voice.

"N-nothing." I shrugged and sighed, continuing tracing my finger on the table, still looking down.

"Okay then... why don't you tell me about your first day?" he asked, trying to sound interested.

"It was nice." I said, finally making eye contact. Yet again a very professional gift you meed to have.

"Nice? I'm looking for more description." he said while raising his dark eyebrows.

"You said it..." I started going on and on about how this is my biggest dream and how my client was so kind.

"Okay, now that's a better." He said, a smile appearing on his face.

"You know, you are a great listener." I complimented him, smiling back.

"And you are a great talker!" he said, chuckling in the cute way he does.

The rest of the night we talked and we laughed until it came to the end if our 'work' date.

The food tasted of pure expensiveness however I enjoyed it very much. He was a gentleman when paying the bill, even though I offered to only pay on my behalf.

"Shall we leave?" he said in a posh accent.

"We shall." I said, imitating his accent and sticking my nose up in the air.

We both then broke into a fit of giggles all the way to the car. When I got in, he held my door open so I didn't trip over my glam dress.

I still have no clue as to who the teo gmusterious girls that approached him were, neither did he bring it up in our conversation while eating the delicious meal.
