"We may fight, we may disagree, but never think I don't love you. I love you so much, more than you relize. Your amazing, beautiful, and I'll always love you. Baby pease don't leave we have this beautiful girl...she needs us both by her side. So don't give up on me baby, please."

When I'm alone, I'm nothing.

When I'm with you, I'm something.

I heard Katie crying in her room. I didn't want to wake Everleigh up since she was already tired enough. I got up slowly making my way to the door, walking through the little living room and out the door to her room across the hall. I walked in slowly closing the door behind me.

I took her bottle from the shelf and walked over to her crib.

"Shh, Shh, baby. Daddy's here." I said she looked up at me still crying. I picked her up from her crib and sat in the wooden rocking chair in the corner. I tried feeding her but she wasn't having it. I put the bottle on the little table by the chair and rocked back and forth with her.

"It's okay baby. Katie your okay." I said rocking her. She stopped crying and her little hand grabbed my finger. I kissed her hand and kept rocking her until she fell asleep.

I sat there staring at her little face, her eyes were closed and I watched and her chest rose and fell.

I stood up and walked over to her crib laying her down. I kissed her forehead and quietly left the room.

I snuck back in our room and climbed back under the covers. I looked over and saw her staring at me.

"You're an amazing father." She whispered smiling, I smiled back kissing her cheek,

"And you're an amazing mother." I said she laid back down cuddling close to me.

I loved her so much. I slowly drifted off to sleep, when I heard more crying. Everleigh groaned.

"Just bring her in here." She said, I nodded getting up and walking over to her room.

I saw her little face her eyes were squinted shut, and tears fell from her eyes. I slowly bent down to pick her up,

"Shh, Shh, Katie it's okay." I whispered picking her up slowly. I held her up her chin on my shoulder and I rubbed her back.

She began to quiet and I brought her to our room.

I laid her beside Everleigh and she cuddled up to her. I climbed in rubbing her back until she fell asleep.

Then I finally could sleep in peace.
