She's mine.
That's how it is.
That's how it should be.

Every bit of her, from the bottom to the top. It's mine. Mine, mine, mine. She doesn't have a choice.

3. Amaris: Entry 3

6:00 A.M.

Dear Amaris,

I have been watching and waiting for you to wake up. Finally, I believe you have. Yes, I saw the curtains light up; your light is on. And now, you've just opened the curtains. Your hair is in a braid, slung down over your right shoulder, curly and bed-headed. Your eyes are weary and tired, you turn around and stretch. I watch in awe. Your beauty is unbelievable.

I can't stand it anymore. I need to find you, to bring you to me, to touch you, to keep you. I feel so empty, and you're the only thing that fills the gaping hole in my chest.

I need to construct a plan.

I have a plan.

A brilliant, wise, impressive plan.

Tonight, (it's Monday morning now) I will cross the road as soon as you pull your curtains, Amaris. I will be dressed as usual, in black, so I won't attract any attention. Then, once I'm at your home, I'll climb the drainpipe, Amaris, to your bedroom window. Lightly tap on the glass, and when you open it, I'll grab you.

It's perfect.

See you tonight, Amaris.

7:00 A.M.

I can't believe this is actually happening. I'm fuming with anger. How dare you leave me, Amaris?! How dare you?

You're in college, and you're about to leave. I completely forgot about that. You'll be staying there until Friday night. You're leaving now, Amaris! That's the last glimpse of you until Friday night.

You will be punished, Amaris. Severely punished.

Nevermind, you are just said you're going "to check out the place". Your father was gardening, and you just came outside to tell him that you're going to find a roomate. It's an "open day" sort ofthing, where the students are allowed to go to campus, just to join clubs, groups, teams, and find roomates.

You better hope that your "new roomate" is just a friend, Amaris. You better hope. Because, if they're not, you will both get something you deserve. I'll murder them. I'll teach you a lesson too, Amaris.

Your mother is hugging you now, tearful. I should be hugging you, embracing you tearfully, because you just told me you loved me, or you just kissed me.Told me that you'd be back home tonight, to cook me dinner, but you'll miss me until then, that you won't be able to go on without me...

As you went back inside, with your mother telling you how proud of you she is, an idea began to unfold in my head.

Your minivan has room for two.
