Disjointed Poetry

Random disjointed poetry I write to get rid of emotions and pain and to speak words I can never speak out loud.

1. Poem Number One

WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE?

In the darkest of hours

         In the dullest of times

Where nought but flowers grow

Rising from the east to west

People cry for love to take them from their nothingness

Where the first sun did shine

On the star-crossed hopeful's houses

There was nothing to forget

But the feeling of emotion, of their hearts just beating

Pressure, fraught with no reasons to bleed out for nothing but who they could have been.

Ripe with reason, who are you to judge?

Haunted by the stage

Only a promise of the past

A track for the ghosts of the starry night sky

A changing set of lights for the ones who feel

The screams of ones who beg for the nightmares to not be real

Owls call for freedom, Hark the cupids play

Nothing but a song of silence

Its a wicked game, the light of day

Bring me shame as they call to stay

No battlefield, like every waking minute is, hold on tight, give me praise.

Remember this, you are not to judge.
