The Histories of the Nilites

In a universe first-glance that seems like ours, the beginning is nowhere the same. The myths of the beginning of this world start with Nihl, primordial darkness and chaos, and how things go from there. (OKAY, SO THESE PEOPLE DO NOT NOT NOT HAVE INCEST DO NOT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE DNA, OKAY NO DNA, PRIMORDIAL MIST FLOWS THROUGH THEIR BODIES. THEY ARE CONDENSED PRIMORDIAL MIST. NO INCEST. PLEASE NOTE: NO INCEST. THOUGH SOME CHARACTERS ARE STATED TO HAVE DONE HANKY-PANKY, IT IS NOT INCEST, OKAY NONONONONONO INCEST.)

17. Fera and Mollis/Feral and Docile

Bestia declares to Domum that she plans to go to the ocean, to create more creatures, and to see if she could recruit her friend, Herba, who she said made wonderful environments.

Domum stopped her before she could leave though, asking her shyly how to make a being.

Bestia agreed, though a side of her, not the calm one, suggested to him they do it how Amare likes it, referring to Amare’s physical conception, and their physical encounter with Tristis.

    Domum, being shy, hesitantly agreed.

From the union came two beings, twins: Fera and Mollis. Fera, a wildchild that destroyed everything in her path with no civility, and Mollis, her docile, obedient brother.

Domum, horrified by Fera, cast the child aside and took Mollis away from his sister. Mollis, being obedient, didn’t object. Bestia, not sure what to do with the child, left her in a well populated forest that Herba had recently planted, and that Bestia had recently populated with large, nurturing apes. Content her child would be fine, Bestia left to find Herba.
