The wind was cool and soft as it kissed our skin.  The sail’s wight and taned cloth was clean and rigged.  It was a good thing too, if the other people in this raid got mad enough they might vandalize the ship.  That would destroy the point that we, the Mechanics,  were trying to prove along with the same point as the Son of Liberty.

I cupped my hands over my mouth and shouted, “NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION”!

“What was that?” asked my clueless brother.

“What we are about to do,” I responded.

I heard a single whistle go up with loudness into the sky.  A trill which is much like I imagine Benjamin Franklin got with the lighting shock passed through me.  “Come,” I whispered to my brother.  He did not need to miss history that was happening.

Once we joined the group I could feel the excitement with the others, and our energy level grew as we charged together.  This feeling was almost like I was home and had family, not almost was.

“Just the tea nothing else!” shouted the leader once we had reached the ship.

Now I had a roll of stories to turn this too.  Silently in my head I wondered where I had herd Sons of Liberty.  Then I remembered that at some point in the day James had walked into that room.  He had been ranting about what the people were called then cracked a wild joke about mechanics.  Somedays I wished I was not so influenced.
