They hadn’t long to wait before Albert arrived. The car had been washed and polished and it smelled fresh inside. Albert was immaculately dressed and clean shaven as he pulled in to the terminal building.

Albert jumped out then opened the back door and both of them got in.

“Albert I want you to meet Angela Minty she’s my fiancée. Albert was taken aback somewhat but when he saw Angela he could understand why though. She was beautiful in every way shape and form. Albert lifted the cases into the back.

They were a lot heavier than the last time. Albert just thought that there were more bottles of whiskey in there this time. He wasn’t bothered he had the dream job.’

“How is everything Al’ said Sid as Albert pulled away.’

“Everything is fine sir; I have your money from the rent I collected whilst you were away.’ It’s all there and it’s been changed into notes and all checked for you.’

“Well done.’ “We can sort that out later on tonight.’ “I want to take Angela out somewhere nice for dinner.’ “Can you pick us up around seven?’

“Yes sir.’

When they reached the house on the sea front Albert jumped out and opened the door.

Angela stood on the path looking out to the sea.’

“Its beautiful here Sid, I love it.’

“Wait until you see the view from the window.’

“We have nothing like this in Swindon where I live.’ my mother would love it here.’

“Wait until the summer when the beaches are full of tourists and Tynemouth swimming pool over there is full of people.’

“I must have a walk around with you Sid, you must show me everything.’

“I will, but first let me show you my house.’

Albert brought the cases as Sid opened the door to his house.

He was showing her around as Albert left the cases in the hallway.

“Will there be anything else sir.’

“Not now, Just wait outside would you; I will give you a shout if I need you.’

“Yes sir.’

Albert said goodbye to Angela who was now gazing out of the front window.’

“Come on I will show you the rest of the house said Sid as he took off his suit Jacket then flicked a switch and an Electric fire lit up. It’s a bit colder in England is it not?

“Would you like a cup of coffee Angela?’

“Yes please, can I use the phone I want to ring my mum and tell her where I am?’

“Feel free, this house will soon be ours.’ Angela picked up the phone as Sid wheeled the two cases with the cannabis resin into his office that he kept locked. He shut the door then inspected every package to make sure that none had been tampered with. He picked up the phone in his office he dialled a number and spoke to Harold Challenger.

“I have something that you may be interested in.’

“Can we meet said Harold?’

“Yes, meet me in the Gibraltar Rock in half an hour.’ he put down the phone then picked up the key and locked the office door.

He then went out to make coffee. He handed a tray with coffee and some biscuits to Angela then kissed her briefly before saying that he had a business meeting. “It won’t take long darling, I promise.’

“Sid changed his shirt for a plain white one and put on a different tie. He put on his navy Jacket then headed out the door.’

Albert was reading the paper as Sid got into the car.
