*OLD VERSION* Justice Academy

Justice Academy, a school for those who have unique abilities. This school will help you learn how to control them and use them for good. Anyone who uses their abilities for evil will be banned from the school. Villous actions will not be tolerated.

(Edit: I'm actually going to make a different version of this because I didn't turn out the way I wanted it too.)

23. ~Chapter 23~

Crimson stretched his arms and yawned. "Well looks like we're done here." He said triumphantly.

"You still need to carry him back," I mumbled to him.

He groaned, "Can't you take him back."

I shook my head. I couldn't handle the guilt of taking him over there. I can't even handle the guiltiness I feel right now.

"Fine." He whined while trying to pick up Sam. "Can you at least teleport me there so I don't have to walk all the way over there?"

"Sure." I placed my hand on Crimson's shoulder. Then teleported us to the base. "Now you can do the rest on your own."

He waved, "See ya soon."

I rolled my eyes and teleported home. I went up to my brother's sleeping form and pulled on his hair. All he did was swat my hand away.

Since that didn't work I grabbed a bucket and filled it with water. Then tossed the water all over my brother. That caused him to jolt awake.

"What the actual heck!?" Kyle yelled while also giving me a death glare.

I tossed the bucket and his face. "Sam left the house and now he's captured all because you fell asleep and didn't keep an eye on him!" I said with a tone of anger in my voice.

Kyle stood up and dried himself. "What are you talking about?"

You know what I'm not even going to explain this. I mean he hates him anyways. "Ugh, forget it." I rolled my eyes and laid on top of him. "This is why I didn't want any friends," I mumbled.

"Why?" He asked while pushing me off of him.

I mumbled again, "Because you can get too attached to them."

"And what's wrong with that?" Kyle slightly tilted his head

I groaned, "Emotions."

I rolled off the couch and landed on the floor with a thud. I sighed and looked up at my brother with a frown on my face. He smiled slightly and poked my cheek. "Hey don't worry, we'll get him back. Now get up and stop whining like a baby."

I stayed on the ground giving him a deadpan look. I'm not whining like a baby. If anything he's the baby of the family even though he is older than me.

"Soooo what exactly happened?" He asked while putting on my glasses and taking out a notepad and pen.

I chuckled at his way of trying to cheer me up a little. After I was done with the chuckled I got serious again. "Well, I'm kind of going undercover for something. For one of the missions, we had to capture a test experiment who escaped and that happened to be Sam."

He nodded and started writing on his notepad. "Alright, anything else?"

"Um, This guy I was partnered up with and I patrolled the area. He spotted Sam and things went downhill from there."

He squinted his eyes "Mhm." Kyle was jotting some more notes down while sticking out his tongue.

After a few minutes of writing later, he handed me the notepad. On it was a drawing of a dog. I mentally face palmed at my brother's antics. Honestly, this isn't the time to be joking around? "Are you serious bro!?"

Kyle snickered, "Flip the page. The actual notes are there."

I rolled my eyes and flipped the page. The I skimmed through the notes. "Yup, that seems about right. Now can I have my glasses back."

He handed my glasses back as I threw the notepad at him. Then he grabbed his phone from the table and started typing rapidly. "Alright, so the gang is going to be here soon."

I tilted my head slightly in confusion. "Why?"

His head shook and he sighed. "So they can help us rescue your boyfriend and save the day, duh."

"Yeah that makes- Wait did you say, boyfriend???"

Kyle ignored the question and started talking to himself. "While we're there maybe we can capture the villains who are behind this. Hey, what are they even trying to accomplish anyways?"

In all honesty, I don't really have a clue what they're up to. All I know is that it's the typical taking over the world ideal. Their motivation for it and how they're going to accomplish that goal is still a mystery to me.

While I was in thought I didn't notice the ringing of the doorbell. That was until Kyle whacked me on the head. I snapped out of my thought and my brother opened the door.

The team all entered in at once. While entering I heard Ben and Katie's mini conversation they were having.

"Did you curl your hair?" Ben asked when he plopped on the couch.

Katie nodded. "Yeah, I just came from a party. Things were getting a little weird and I was glad to hear the buzz of my phone."

The rest of the team sat on the couches expect for my bro. He was sitting on the table. He sat up straight and cleared his voice. "I have gathered you all here today because one of our members have been taken by the enemy."

Aidan adjusted his glasses. "What's our plan?"

"Great question! Um, I actually don't know yet." Kyle scratched the bottom of his chin.

"We could dress up as people who work there and sneak in?" Katie suggested.

I shook my head "Not good. After our little break in, they upped their security. They'll know if you're actually a guard or not."

"Since you work there why don't you give us a plan of action?" My brother crossed his arms.

Ben looked at me "She works there?"

"We'll explain later." Kyle and I simultaneously said.

I leaned back and thought for a while. I might be able to distract the people inside and the others can sneak by. We could have Ben or my brother hack into the system and take down the cameras and traps.

Then there's the problem with the area where they have the prisoners. I personally haven't been there, but I'm pretty sure it's heavily guarded. I guess we're just going to have to take the risk then.

I sighed and started telling everyone the plan that I had come up with.
