*OLD VERSION* Justice Academy

Justice Academy, a school for those who have unique abilities. This school will help you learn how to control them and use them for good. Anyone who uses their abilities for evil will be banned from the school. Villous actions will not be tolerated.

(Edit: I'm actually going to make a different version of this because I didn't turn out the way I wanted it too.)

1. ~Chapter 1~

A/N: STOP! Before you go on and continue reading just know that this is an outdated story. I just have it up because why not. The newer version of this story is called Shadows and the reason I rewrote this is because I did not like how it turned out. There would have to be sooo many things I would have to change so instead of editing this one I just made a completely different story that's going to head in a different direction. Ok, now you can begin this story if you want...

My peaceful sleep was suddenly interrupted by the annoying sound of an alarm clock. Today's the first day of "hero school". Honestly, I don't want to go this school, but my brother forced me into going.

Anyways I grabbed a black eye mask that was on my desk. Then placed it on my face and my hero attire appeared. My usual blue hoodie changed to black. The hood was covering my face down to the bottom of my nose. The white tank top underneath changed to dark gray. Then jeans I was wearing became a darker shade of blue. Finally, dark gray fingerless gloves appeared on my hands.

There's nothing wrong with being casual and comfortable when fighting crime. Oh and also there's an invisible headset that helps me communicate with my brother. It also changes my voice to be more masculine so it'll be harder for people to find my true identity.

A few minutes later my brother Kyle and I started walking to school. Surprisingly it wasn't that far away from where we live. The school is basically a school for people who want to learn how to control/improve their powers.

The two of us stopped at the entrance of the building. "See you at lunch?" Kyle turned his head to look at me, "Oh and actually go socialize. Make some friends." I sighed and rolled my eyes in response while putting my hands in my pocket.

The two of us entered and went our separate ways. I headed to my locker to organize and put away some my books. Next, I grabbed the books I needed for the morning classes and headed to the first class of the day

There were already a few students in the room, but not many. I sat in the back near a corner and placed my books underneath my desk. A few more minutes went by and the rest of the students came in, along with the teacher. Once the bell rang and everyone got seated, class began.

After the first three classes of the day, I headed towards the cafeteria. I saw my brother sitting near a table with some other people. I decided not to sit next to him and the group, so I went somewhere else in the cafe.

Once I found the 'perfect' spot to sit I started to eat my lunch. A few minutes later a girl sat on the other side of the table. "Is it okay if I sit here?" I shrugged and continued eating.

The girl looked a little younger than me and a lot girlier. She had a purple shirt, purple goggles, pink sweater, and a light purple skirt that went down to her knees.

She smiled and opened up her bag. When she took out water bottle she said, "My name is Torpedo by the way."

I didn't want to talk at the moment, but I also didn't want to be rude. I sat up a little straighter, since I was slouching, and responded with, "Shadow."

"Huh?" She looked at me, confused. I rolled my eyes and repeated, "Shadow." She continued giving me a confused look, but then realized what I was talking about. Torpedo smiled and unpacked the rest of her lunch.

Midway through lunch, I was on my laptop, reading some stories online. I didn't notice that someone else was sitting on the table until I heard a masculine voice nearby.

Sitting next to Torps was a guy whose outfit reminded me of Spider-Man's outfit, except it, had red and black not red and blue, plus it wasn't a skin tight one piece. He was wearing a light red vest with a hood, underneath was a black long sleeve shirt, black and red running pants, and on his forehead black and red goggles.

He noticed that I was looking at him, so he waved his hand and grinned. Torpedo looked at me and then back at the guy. "That's Shadow. He doesn't talk much." I gave him a little wave and then continued my reading.

Lunch eventually finished and we had to go to our next class. Luckily I had a free period next. Free periods are the best thing ever. You can get work done, you can read, or do other things that don't deal with socializing. I entered the library with a smile on my face.
