Belief. Believe in yourself, your goals, and in choosing happiness. If you want something, you should be focusing on what you want rather than what you’re doubting or afraid of. Environment. Keep yourself around those who love you and lift you up, stay in a place where you can keep your goals in mind and accomplish them, but don’t always stay in the same environment, move around and welcome change that will help you learn and grow. Think Positive. Keep your thoughts positive at all times. Your thoughts have a great impact on you and others and can even limit your abilities if you allow it. Habit. Creating habits will allow you to set and fulfill goals, break habits that aren’t helping you to progress, and with habit you can make happiness a choice regularly and without much effort.
