By doing this simple five minute exercise each night, you can change your beliefs; even the belief that you can’t make happiness a choice. Once you’ve changed your belief you’re on track for Beth’s first key which is believe. This was another piece of the puzzle. But I didn’t feel like Jose Silva’s discovery was entirely in the first key. Instead I felt that is was the bridge from one key to the next.
