These four rhythms may seem unimportant but they’re each unique. I want to talk about Alpha. The rhythm your body experiences when you’re relaxing. Jose Silva discovered that at this rhythm, when you’re preparing to go to bed, is when your mind resets itself. This rhythm is set aside so your mind can reset and reprogram. That way when you wake up, you’re more alert and ready to go. If each night you were to write down or say positive about yourself it will be reprogrammed as your mind resets in the Alpha rhythm. I’ll give some examples. I am smart. I am strong. I am confident. I am successful. I can achieve anything I want. If you do this each night during the Alpha rhythm, it will become part of the reprogramming in your mind and it’ll become what you believe.
