Those Kisses Weren't Just For Practice

Emily and Alison start a relationship that quickly turns into something more a lot more. No -A.

7. She’s Beautiful, Isn’t She?

“Babe. Wake up. Babe. Wake up. BABE. WAKE. UP.” I say, before I hit Emily with a pillow.

“What. The hell. Are you doing. Waking me up. At. One in the fucking morning.” Emily replies.

“I want pickles. And chocolate.”

“I’ll be back.” She says as she walks out of the room.

She comes back in about five minutes later. “Babe, we don’t have anymore.”

“Okay, so I know this is pushing it, but can you run to the store. I swear, it’s not me, it’s the babies.”

“Fine. But your ass is mine when get home.” She says as she walks over to me. Is she walking funny?

“Umm, babe?”

“What now?” She asks.

“Are you walking weird?” I ask, with a smirk on my face.

“Shut the fuck up.” She replies. Not a morning person. “Bye. I’ll be back. Love you.”

“Love you too.” I reply.

<><>Thirty Minutes Later<><>

“Here, now eat and go back to bed.” She says as she walks back into the bedroom.

“Thank you, love.” She just lays back down. “Kiss me?” I ask like a little kid.

“Ugh,” She groans like a child.

“What are you still a little sore?” I ask teasingly.

“Alright, nope. No kisses for you.” She says as she lays back down.

“Okay, Not. Fair.” I say. She wasn’t moving but she was still looking up at me so I leaned down and kissed her. I backed away.

“Nope, not so fast.” She says as she pulls me back down and just pecks my lips. “Okay, you’re good.” She says and rolls back over. I am going to marry the shit out of this girl one day.

<><>Seven Hours Later- 8:30 A.M.<><>

We’re both out of the bed. It’s about eight in the morning and were about to go to the store. We need some groceries for our new house, and I guess for now, some disposable plates and bowls and silverware and cups. I’m wearing some jeans, a tan long-sleeve top, a maroon infinity scarf, some brown boots, and I have my brown purse. Em walks out of the room in light wash jeans, a maroon jacket-like top with golden spikes on the shoulders, maroon converse and a matching purse and watch.

“Damn Fields, looking good today.” I say, biting my bottom lip.

“Not so bad yourself DiLaurentis.” She says before she kisses me. “Let’s go.” She says and opens the door. I walk out first and she follows close behind, locks the door, and grabs my hand. She takes me to the car and opens my door. She gets in the driver’s seat and starts the car.

Three buggies and a lot of organizing later, we’re at the checkout. The checkout lady seems very nice, except for the fact that she continues to flirt with Emily. Emily knows, I don’t know what the hell she’s doing but I know she knows this woman is flirting with her.

“Hi…” The woman says

“Hi, Emily. How are you doing?”

“I’m good, you?”

“Well good now that I’m looking at you.” She says while looking my girlfriend up and down. Emily just smiles.

“Hey, Em?” I ask.

“Yea?” she answers looking at me

“What the fuck are you doing?”

“I know what I’m doing. Calm down. Remember, all of this is for our house. I love you.” She says in a hushed tone. I feel a little better now. Although, I’m still shooting daggers at this woman and she isn’t even noticing.

We get done and Emily’s paying. I told her to let me help with the money because it’s over five hundred dollars, but no. She said no.

“So, uh, Emily. Would you like to go out sometime?” The woman asks. Oh no the fuck she didn’t. I’m about to say something when Emily does first.

“Actually, you’re… not my type.” She says.

“Oh really, what is your type?” She is just too damn persistent.

“You see, this is the tricky part, I only have one type.” Emily says.

“And that is?” This lady won’t shut the fuck up

“And that is the beautiful woman that is standing right there.” She says as she points to me.

“Really? Then how’d that happen?” No the fuck she didn’t

“That is none of your fucking business.” I finally say something.

I lean up against the counter with my left hand to show her the ring. “And by the way, Yes, I know, my Em. She’s just beautiful isn’t she?” I say with an evil smirk as me and Em walk off. Holding hands. I do believe sir. That I have won.
