It's been over a month since I last updated and SO SO much has happened. I think I told you guys that I'm moving this summer, but I have bigger news. Savannah and I are getting our OWN PLACE. It's going to be very, very small (only 360 sq. ft. to be exact), but it'll be ours. I was watching videos on YouTube one day last month when I came across a video of a family living in a miniature home and I fell in love with the idea. So I did what any rational person did at that point and began researching everything I could find about where to buy these tiny homes.

Finally, I found a company that builds them and delivers them to your own land (and I have twelve acres in the country, plenty of room). I have to make payments on it every month but the payment is only $250. I've been spending the last week or so using programs online to map out the building just to make sure I could fit all of our stuff in, but if I arrange everything correctly, I can fit a small bathroom, VERY small kitchen, a living room big enough for a couch and a television, and the loft areas upstairs (only 4.5 feet high) are going to be our bedrooms. Obviously this isn't a permanent thing, but until I get my life sorted out, I think it's a GREAT start.

Matthew will be able to come over and spend the night from time to time, but without the pressure of living together, and I'm absolutely THRILLED about the idea of Savannah and I having our own place. I was trying to find a way to share the floor plans I made on here, but I'm not sure how to take screenshots on my laptop. If you guys are interested, I'll keep trying to figure it out.

Now, onto Savannah. She's getting HUGE, and her daddy and I are so proud of her. She's SEVEN MONTHS OLD NOW. That's crazy! She's crawling so well and we think she'll be walking before long.

As far as being vocal goes, her pediatrician thinks she's going to be a late bloomer. She told us that babies typically say their first word between 5-8 months, but she isn't showing any signs of talking any time soon. She says stuff like "mamama" but it's more of a babbling than actually knowing what she's saying. Hopefully soon she'll say her first word (which WILL be mommy, no matter what Matthew says).

My older sister (I'm not sure if I told you guys about her. She's in college and doesn't live at home) came here for the weekend and she announced to us that, not only is she getting married, but she's also pregnant. I can't say much because I was a lot younger than her when I got pregnant, but her whole situation just scares me. she grew up with HORRIBLE anxiety and couldn't do anything for herself. I was waking her up for school until she left for college and my mom still orders for her when we go out to dinner. I don't see how she's going to raise a kid if she can't even ORDER FOR HERSELF. When she isn't so nervous, she's GREAT with kids, but she doesn't have a job OR her own place and she's about to turn 21. I'm 18 and I'm about to get my own place AND I have a job (did I tell you guys that yet?). But whatever, the baby will definitely be loved and cared for, no matter what,

That was a super duper long update, but miss priss is starting to wake up from her nap and she's going to want a bottle. I'll try my very best to update soon.
