Before I tell you guys anything else, Savannah has recently been diagnosed with a very mild case of Galactosemia, something I had when I was a baby, too. It's very uncommon and I was hoping it wouldn't affect her, but sadly it has. We thought it was just acid reflux, but the medicine she was taking wasn't helping her as much as it should've so the doctors ran tests and she was diagnosed. Hopefully she outgrows it like I did, but luckily we caught on and found out this soon or it could've caused a lot of health issues. So I had to stop breastfeeding her and switch her to a lactose-free formula. She seems to be responding pretty well to the switch, thank god.

I took Savannah to visit  my dad since he's only met her once (I think) and we're staying here while my mom finishes packing up our house and moves us. I can't remember if I told you guys this or not, but her boyfriend moved out and we've gotten pretty close again.

My dad has a pit bull puppy and she's the cutest thing ever, but her energy is never-ending and she's over 30lbs. I'm terrified that she's going to accidentally hurt Savannah while she's trying to play, so I try to keep them separated.

Matthew is STILL looking for a place to live, but no luck yet. He's hoping to find something around $600/month, but everything is either in the wrong part of town, only one bedroom, or too expensive. The area my dad lives in is really cheap (his sister is renting a four bedroom, two story house for $450/month) and crime rates are low, but this town is such a dead-end and good paying jobs are rare. That's why my mom moved us out of this place when I was young. Moving here would help us short-term, but it would ultimately end up hurting us in the long-run.

Hopefully I can find a way to move out of my mom's house soon, but we'll see.
