So, when i started writing this i was using it more as a diary because i figured nobody would ever read it and this was the only healthy way i knew to get my anger and frustrations out but now it been nearly half a year and though i still find myself upset over the thought of him its no longer because of things i feel i couldve done differently, its because now i understand that the way i was treated was not how a relationship should be. 

A RELATIONSHIP SHOULD NOT BE:

one sided

- all based off of one person with no consideration for the other's feelings

IT'S NOT NORMAL TO BE CONTROLLED

IT'S NOT NORMAL FOR ONE PERSON TO CONTROL THE OTHERS LIFE

YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR BEING CARING/CONCERNED

IT'S NOT NORMAL TO CASUALLY LIE IN FEAR OF BEING LEFT

YOU DO NOT USE SEX TO SEE IF YOU STILL LOVE SOMEBODY

YOU DO NOT USE SEX AS A REASON TO STAY WITH SOMEBODY

YOU DO NOT THREATEN TO HARM YOURSELF OR THEM WHEN SOMEBODY TRIES TO FIX THE RELATIONSHIP OR LEAVE

YOU DO NOT LAY VIOLENT HANDS ON EACH OTHER. 

YOU SHOULD NEVER BE AFRAID TO TALK TO YOUR PARTNER ABOUT HOW YOU'RE FEELING

TOO MUCH JEALOUSY ISN'T SAFE

OFTEN TIMES THE ACCUSER IS THE ONE DOING WHAT IS BEING ACCUSED

T-R-U-S-T   IS   E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G,   WITHOUT IT YOU HAVE NOTHING
