Full moon

Historie til konkurrencen: Fantastiske skabninger og hvor de findes. Jeg har valgt den tredje mulighed, altså at skrive en fanfiction i en anden tid end hvad man er vant til.
This story takes place a long time before anyone had even thought about Harry Potter.
The story is written from Sirius Black's point of view, and is about his 7th year at Hogwarts.
(Billedet som er brugt til cover er ikke mit originale. Jeg fandt billedet på pinterest og klippede derefter selv månen ind og skrev titel + forfatternavn på)

9. ---

We had all finished packing before the feast. James, Remus, Peter and I were waiting in the common room for Lily, who was still in the girl's dormitory. She came down and we all walked out of the portrait hole. James and Lily were holding hands. It was so weird to see him with her. It changed him, he talked in a lower voice and was very aware of her.
The great hall was decorated in red and golden, the Gryffindor colours, and thousands of candles were floating around the room. I enjoyed the feast more than I ever had before, knowing that it was going to be my last. I knew that the rest of the seven year students felt the same way as I did. The night ended way too soon, and suddenly we were back in the dormitory on our way to bed. I was very aware of enjoying my last time at Hogwarts as much as I possibly could. I didn't like the thought of not spending all the days of next year with James, Remus and Peter. I was afraid that it would affect our relationship, but deep down I knew that our friendship was stronger than that.

Lily shared compartment with us on the way to Kings Cross. She was actually really cool. The trip was fun, and like the night before, way too short. When we arrived at Platform 9 3/4 I still hadn't asked James wether or not I could stay at his house. We got our luggage and went out on the platform. There was a lot of goodbyes to say, all students from seventh year were quite emotional, (I'm afraid that I was too).
James', Remus', Peter's and Lily's parents were all waiting on Kings Cross. It was perfectly clear to recognize Lily's parents. Her mother had the same red shade of hair and green eyes and her father had the same nose and mouth. Her sister was there too. I hadn't heard much about her except that her name was Petunia. She was standing behind her father, and she didn't look very happy to see her sister when she came over to hug her. Remus father looked exactly like him in an older version, and although I couldn't set my finger on it, it was not hard to see that Remus and his mother looked like each other as well. Peters parents were, like him, small square shaped people. They didn't say very much, but they seemd happy to see Peter again. James', Remus' and Peters parents were all chatting, and Lily's parents came over to introduce themselves after Lily had told who we were.

Remus' and Peter's familys were the first to leave. I started getting a burning feeling in my stomach. What should I do, if I couldn't go home with James? I had absolutely nowhere to go. Lily and James were now saying goodbye to each other and Lily promised that she would visit James soon. It was now only the Potters and I left at the station.
"Come on boys, let's go home" said mrs. Potter. She was talking to me too. The burning feeling left, and was replaced with joy. I smiled at James, and then I left Kings Cross with him and his parents.

All was well.
