20. The truth
"What I'm about to tell you is not bad news it might just be shocking to you." He said after the other boys left the room. "The reason I didn't want you to get hurt after what happened, was because you are my sister." He said.
"What?!" I exclaimed. "You mean I have had a celeb crush on my brother!" I yelled. I realized what I said, too late. I blushed. He laughed and I blushed harder.
"You know that rumor going around your school about you being my brother?" He continued.
"Ya," I said. "You heard about that. I guess it's true."
He chuckled. "Ya because I'm the one who made it up." He replied.
"How did you manage to spread it around my school?" I asked. I know he didn't show up or else I would have heard about it.
He smiled. "I saw someone walking by this morning and asked him if he went to that school. He said yes so I asked him if he would dropped a note in the halls where everyone could see it. And I guess that he did." He said. "It was before you came outside." I could tell that he was studying my expressions. I still had one question.
"Why did we grow up together then?" I asked. "How come I didn't know until just barely?"
I loved watching her expression when I told her about her being my sister. I also loved the way she blushed and she did it twice. I wonder if she'll do it again when I tell her of the hidden camera and that I'm going to let the other boys watch it. Her expression grew very serious as I watched her and she asked me a question. "Why didn't we grow up together then? How come I didn't know until just barely" She asked me. I looked away, not even I had an idea.
"I don't know," I told her. She looked sad.
"How could you not know?" She asked.
