17 Year-old Kristen was a quote and quote "average" girl with phenomenal grades. She had been to Hilton High School since freshman year, and was very close to graduating. The hallways glistened from it's freshly polished glow.

The lights were recently changed, and the office was silent and dark.

I let my messy brunette hair fall along my shoulder, looking back and noticing the new student walk in through the doors. The clock, freshly set, read 7:30 am.

I looked the new boy up and down. He had a weird sense of color. It was purple and pink everywhere, like a galaxy. He had an eyebrow piercing, and tattoos running up his left and arms, but not a sleeve tattoo.

He had piercing emerald eyes and they appeared lighter. He also had a lot of black on topped off with nicely tied combat boots.

The boy scoffed and turned his head to the right, smirking.

"Well, princess, are you just going to stare at me or are you actually going to leave me alone so I can find the stupid ambassador."

I crossed my arms over my chest and looked at him like he had an eyeball in the middle of his forehead.

"Excuse me sir, but I am definitely and will never be stupid. If you'd let them, maybe your parents would teach you better manners."

The boy bit his lip and smirked.

"Nice comeback."

He had a heavy aussie accent and it was actually kind of hot.

I realized I had to show him around the school.

I hated missing classwork and school itself. Being behind wasn't my thing.

I sighed and avoided all eye contact from the boy.

"Let's start over our introduction shall we?" I gimmicked.

His eyes met mine and he rolled his eyes.

I took a deep breath and said while giving him a cheeky smile.

"Hello, My name is Kristen, I will be your ambassador and will be show-"

"Blah blah blah, I don't need that whole ridiculous boring intro. But I do need your name and let me tell you, Kristen" When he said my name he put a little emphasis to it. "Your pretty boring and boring isn't my style, sweetheart."

I glared at him once again, but released my anger tension and smiled.

"Suck it up, you get what you get."

I grabbed his hand and pulled him along to where everything was.

By the time we finished it was 4th period and I said to him,

"If you get lost ask me."

The boy smirked.

"Michael is my name by the way."

"Alright see you around, princess."
