Life Is A Journey.......

This is my first story. Enjoy..... Alisha is the not so popular girl at Morrison High School with her two best friends of the same status. It's their junior year and things start to change for the three of them. Love is in the air, colleges are starting to seriously look at them, and more high school drama ensues, and these challenges might just come between these life long friends. Can these three stay best friends forever?...... Johnson is the high school hottie. He's been dating Amber, the queen B, since forever. But will a girl he's known forever but never truly seen change who he is, or will he be heartbroken and stay his popular self without a care in the world?...... PS.. Please help me with my title. I know my title doesn't do my story justice. Comment what I should change it to.

3. All I See Is Her

Johnson's POV

The morning of the fist day of school.......

"Hey babe." Said Amber coming towards me in the hallways. Ugh I don't know why I didn't break it off sooner. She's great and all when it comes to sex and some intimate conversations, but anything after that she's all fake and clingy. "Amber," I said trying to keep my irritation down. "I told you were done. Stop trying to smother me with your bullcrap. Please just stay away for your own good." She just pouted but continued to try and win me back. As I passed down the hallway with Amber clinging to me, I noticed Alisha's friends at her locker, but no Alisha. Where is she? Amber noticed me looking and made a rude face at Alisha's friends, which they pretended not to notice. Two minutes later, I walked back to my locker because if forgot something. As I did, I noticed that Alisha had finally arrived and was at her locker taking to her friends. I couldn't stop looking at her even while her friends and mine kept giving me weird looks. I know she probably found out about my breaking up with Amber, because almost everyone in the school knows. As the star quarterback, I'm always gossiped about. I don't mind most of time. Only when that gossip is all lies and makes me look like some jackass. Great, the bell just rang and now I have to sit through a bunch of annoying classes.

Throughout the classes......

Every time I'm in a class with Alisha, I can't stop staring at her. She's so beautiful. Even when I don't have classes with her, I can't stop thinking about her. She's not like most the girls at our school. She's genuine and she isn't clingy or needy.

"Ahem. Mr. Bush?" Said my history teacher Mrs. Simms. Crap. I was daydreaming again, and now everyone is looking at me weird. "Yes Mrs. Simms?" I asked trying to act like I was paying attention to the last 20 minutes of class. "Did you hear anything I said in the past 20 minutes?" "No I didn't ma'am. I'm sorry." "First warning Mr. Bush. Please pay attention now." "Yes ma'am." After that scolding, I tried my hardest to look like I was paying attention. The bell finally rang for lunch, and I bolted before the teacher could hold me back and scold me some more. I hate that Alisha has gotten into my head, but I also kind of like it. Gahh!!! I need food.

At lunch.....

I can see Alisha at her normal table with her friends. She looks so happy and free. Those sea blue eyes are just amazing. I noticed sometimes that her eye color changes when her mood changes. They're a nice clear sea blue right now.

"Hey Dude. Earth to Johnson." Said my buddy Mike waving a hand in front of my face. "What are you looking at?" "Nothing." I said trying to revert my attention back to my table. "Right.... Anyways did you hear that Lilliana is hosting another one of her rad parties tonight?" " Yeah I did." Lilliana, a good friend of Amber's, hosts amazing parties. Me and my buddies have almost never missed one. I usually go with Amber, but I'm not sure I might be going this time. I zoned back in on the conversation in time to hear Mike ask: "....... Are you coming with us bro?" "I don't think I will this time." I replied still trying to sneak glances at Alisha. "Why not?" "I'm just not feeling it." "But you've never missed a party with us." "I know dude. I'm sorry." I started to get up and throw my lunch away because the end of lunch bell just rang. Man, I've got another two more classes to go and a long football practice before I can head home. It's been a long day and it's only the first day of the year.

…………………………………………………………………

At home.....

Practice was so long today. Sometimes I wonder why I actually go to football anymore. It is not as fun as it was a couple years ago. I am expected by all my coaches and all my teammates to be one hundred percent on my game the whole time at practices and games. It's hard, because I feel my reputation slipping and I'm ok with that. My coaches and team though, are not. Today as I was practicing, I still couldn't get Alisha out of my head and so the coaches made me do extra laps and listen to an hour long lecture of staying focused and how it can help or hurt our team. As I sit in my room, I think about Alisha again. I think I should just talk to her, maybe try to get to know her better. It can't hurt to just talk to her. It's not like I'm going to ask her to date me. I made up my mind, I told my self in front of my mirror. I'm going to talk to Alisha tomorrow.

Hey, guys. Thank you so much for reading this story. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while. School has just been so busy lately. I'll try to post another chapter soon. Have a great day.
