James Potter glanced around, then beckoned to two shadowy figures concealed behind the staircase. His cousins, Fred and Louis, tiptoed to join him outside James' father's office. The trio listened carefully, but all they heard was Louis' sister Victoire baking cookies with the girls in the kitchen, and Teddy Lupin playing cards with the remainder of the boys.
The whole Potter/Weasley clan was at James' house under the supervision of Teddy Lupin, 20, and Victorie Weasley, 19. The clan included James, his siblings Albus and Lily, Fred and his twin Roxanne, Louis, Louis's sisters Dominique and Victoire (who was watching them), Molly and Lucy, Rose, Hugo, and finally, Teddy Lupin (the other babysitter).
All the adults had gone out for the evening, leaving Teddy and Victorie in charge. And, leaving James, Fred, and Louis free to sneak into Harry Potter's office. James, Fred, Louis, Lily, and Roxanne were the junior marauders. They loved to play pranks on their siblings, cousins, enemies, and friends.
James, Fred and Louis cautiously tiptoed into Harry Potter's office. They looked around in awe. What caught Fred's eye was was a small golden chain. Reaching for it, he noticed a pretty hourglass charm attached to it.
"Fred! What are you doing? Put that down this instant!"
Fred winced and turned to see six girls standing in the doorway. Roxanne, Fred's twin, was the one who had spoken. Standing behind her were Lily, Dominique, Rose, Molly, and Lucy.
"Shush!" James whispered. "Keep your voice down! Do you want Teddy and Victorie up here?" But it was too late. Teddy, followed by Victoire, was running up the steps. They ran into the crowded office, along with Albus and Hugo.
"Give me that!" Teddy said to Louis, who now had the necklace. Not wanting to give it up, Louis tossed their find to Fred, who dropped it on the floor. A cloud of black smoke billowed throughout the air.
"James! Fred! Louis!" Rose screamed. "You three are in huge trouble!"
Suddenly everything stopped and they all landed on the floor.
"Is everyone okay?" Victorie called out.
“Someone's on top up me”
"Um, Victorie?" came Molly's hesitant voice. "We're not in Uncle Harry's house anymore."
A loud crash was heard from inside the living room.
"Get OFF me James!" someone said.
"What's going on?" another voice asked.
"Help! Fred is on top of me!"
"Teddy! Where are you?"
"James Sirius! Get off me this instant!" the first voice said.
Sirius Black and Molly Weasley exchanged glances and hurried to the living room, with all the children following close behind. As they entered the room, they all whipped their wands out. A group of children were standing in the living room. Well, half of them were in a pile on the floor. Slowly, they all disentangled themselves and stood up.
"Who are you and what are you doing in my house?" Sirius yelled.
"Your house?" a black haired boy said angrily. "It's my house!"
"Who are you?" Mrs. Weasley asked calmly.
"What year is it?" A blonde asked, ignoring Mrs. Weasley's question.
"Well, it's 1995," Mrs. Weasley said, puzzled by the girl's behavior.
"James, Fred, Louis! What have you done!" a girl's screams which rivaled Sirius' mom's.
A girl with silvery blond hair stepped forward. "Well, we are from the future. A time turner broke and brought us here." She showed them the pieces of the broken time turner.
"Well, while we get Dumbledore, why don't you introduce yourselves," Mrs. Weasley said kindly.
The kids nodded, and the silvery blond girl stepped forward.
"Hello, I'm Victorie Weasley. I'm 19 and I was in Gryffindor. I have two siblings and I'm part veela. I was head girl in my seventh year. I don't play quidditch, but I can beat anyone here in a race," Victoirie finished.
"Who are your parents," Ron started to say but Hermione shushed him.
Another girl, similar to Victorie confidently walked to the front.
"I," she said, "am Dominique Weasley. I play chaser for the Gryffindor quidditch team, I'm head girl, 17, and plan to be a teacher at Hogwarts when I graduate. I am a big follower of rules, and Victorie is my sister."
"I'm Louis," a boy said. "Victoire and Dominique are my siblings, I don't play quidditch, I'm in Gryffindor, 13, and a member of the Junior Marauders, and my parents are Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour."
Before the twins/Sirius could say anything, and Hermione and Ginny could make a face at Fleur's name, a boy and a girl stepped forward.
“Hello!” the girl said. “I'm Roxanne, and this is my incredibly annoying-”
“And awesome twin,” her twin finished for her. “I, am Fred Weasley, 17, twin to this annoying girl over here,” he jerked his thumb over at Roxanne, “beater, Gryffindor, and a member of the junior marauders.”
“I am also 17, beater, Gryffindor, a member of junior marauders, the older twin, the smarter twin, the better looking twin, the awesomer twin,” Roxanne recited. “Our parents are George and Angelina Weasley.
“Yes!” George said as Fred sulked.
“I am Rose Weasley,” said the fiery redhead girl who has screamed earlier. “ Ravenclaw, 15, scared of heights, smartest girl in my year, prefect,-”
“Well Fred, it's quite obvious whose child she is,” George said.
“Well George, it's quite obvious that she's Hermione’s girl,” Fred replied.
“And then, I'll take a guess and say Ron as well,” George said as Rose nodded.
Ron and Hermione blushed and scooted to opposite sides of the room while everyone else laughed.
A boy who looked like Ron introduced himself as Hugo. “I am in Hufflepuff, 13, keeper, Rose’s sister, and definitely NOT a pranker.”
Two girls were next. “I'm Molly, and this is Lucy,” the older one said. I'm in Hufflepuff, and I'm 15. My parents are Percy and Audrey Weasley, and yes, my father comes back, and rejoins our side, so please don't even start about him.”
“What house are you in Lucy?” Mrs. Weasley asked kindly.
“Um, Ravenclaw,” she said shyly.
“How old are you?” was Mrs. Weasley’s next question.
A quiet 13 was the reply.
A boy bounced forwards. “Hi!” he said. “I'm James Sirius Potter, 17, Gryffindor, quidditch captain, seeker, and member of the junior marauders.”
Sirius beamed at the name, while Harry looked as he was about to say something.
However, the last boy came forwards. “I'm Al,” he said timidly. “I'm in Gryffindor, a prefect, 15, and my full name is Albus Severus Potter. You'll learn why later.”
“You named your kid after him!” Ron yelled at Harry.
“He said we’ll learn why later!” Harry defended himself.
The last person, a girl, stepped forwards. “I, am Lily Luna Potter,” she said. “I am in Gryffindor, chaser, 13, and just like my father, I got onto the team in my first year. I am also part of the junior marauders. My mother is Ginevra Molly Weasley.”
Everyone turned to stare at either Ginny or Harry, who blushed and ran away from each other.
“So, that’s everyone!” Lily said brightly. Sirius looked thoughtful.
“Why did you say this is your house?” he questioned James.
“We live here sometimes,” James explained. “You left this house to Harry when you died.”
“Sirius is dead!?”
“You’re dead?!” Three shouts rang out from Sirius, Harry, and Remus.
“Well,” Victoire quickly continued, “the question is, how are we supposed to get home?”
Rose looked thoughtful. “I think Uncle Harry and Aunt Ginny will go ask Dumbledore what to do.”
“Dumbledore?” Mrs. Weasley asked. “He’ll be here tomorrow.”
“I've always wanted to meet Dumbledore,” James remarked. “I've only been able to talk to his portrait in the numerous times I've been in the headmaster’s office.”
“For getting in trouble,” Albus muttered under his breath.
“No Dumbledore!?” yelled Harry.
Victoire, Dominique, Teddy, Rose, Albus, Lily and Molly all turned to glare at James.
Future Harry’s P.O.V.
“We’re back!” Harry Potter called as they pushed open the door to the Potter Mansion. Silence greeted them.
“Victoire? Teddy? James? Albus? Lily?” Ginny called worriedly.
Inside the house, an abandoned chess game lay in the living room. A tray with brownies on it was found in the kitchen. At the top of the steps, the curtains were twisted, as though people had hidden behind them.
Harry went into his office and went straight to his desk. He was right. The children has used the time turner.
“They are in SO much trouble!” fumed Ginny. “How are we supposed to tell the other parents?!”
Hearing the door open downstairs, Harry and Ginny descended to find Hermione, Ron, Bill, and Fleur waiting for them.
“Where are ze children?” Fleur asked.
“Well, you see,” Harry began, but the opening of the door stopped him. The rest of the parents walked into the living room and sat down on the couch.
“Where are ze children?” Fleur asked again.
“The children snuck into my study and used the time turner and are now somewhere in the past.” Harry said quickly.
The screams that followed were like Mrs. Weasley’s times 10.
“I think we should have dinner, and then we can figure out how to get home,” Mrs. Weasley decided.
“Dinner?” Hugo asked eagerly. Everyone laughed.
“You really are Ron’s son,” Mrs. Weasley remarked.
Dinner was spaghetti and meatballs, which everyone devoured hungrily. As everyone was enjoying chocolate pudding for dessert, Mrs. Weasley handed out sleeping arrangements.
“Victoire, Dominique, Lily, Rose, Molly, Lucy, and Roxanne will be sleeping with Ginny and Hermione, Fred, James, Louis, with Fred and George, and Albus, Hugo, Teddy, with Harry and Ron.”
“I don't get to have a sleepover?” Sirius pouted while everyone else laughed. The twins, Fred, Louis, and James exchanged mischievous glances, while everyone else groaned.
Lily scampered up the steps behind her cousins. She entered the room and went straight to a comfy pink sleeping bag on the floor. As everyone changed into pajamas, the girls started talking.
“So, am I a good mom?” Ginny asked.
“The best!” Lily responded. “You played for the Holyhead Harpies before you had James, and now you come to Hogwarts sometimes to teach a flying lesson.”
“Mom,” Rose started, “you published a new Hogwarts, a History, and before that you taught Transfiguration for a year.”
“Dad, Uncle Ron and Uncle Percy work in the joke shop.” Roxanne chimed in.
“Dad is head auror,” Lily chimed in. “And don't worry Mom, you and Fleur are best friends.”
“With Aunt Hermione.” Hermione looked like she was about to faint.
“She's Al’s godmother,” added Lily. Now Ginny looked like she was about to faint.
“Who is your godmother, Lily?” asked Hermione.
“You,” Roxanne, Lily, Molly and Rose said in unison.
“You're also Louis’ godmother,” Roxanne unhelpfully added.
