Around one o'clock - half past one crept three half drunk guys in through the front door.
In the living room Luke and Diana were sound asleep. Somehow they had ended up lying down on the sofa and Diana was now on top of Luke.
"Hello people in the house!" Calum screamed and threw his arms up in the air. Michael and Ashton stood behind him giggling, telling Calum to shut up.
Luke woke up form this and had to look around for a minute before he realized where he was. He looked up at Diana, who was still asleep. He admired how cute she was for a moment, but when he heard a crash down the hall and then giggling, he realized that he needed to get up and take care of his drunk friends before they did something stupid.
Luke carefully moved away from under Diana and laid her down on the couch. It went pretty smooth if he may say so. He quickly went out to the hall, where he found his three friends who turned out to be very happy to see him.
"Lukey." Michael said - too loud - and dragged out the 'y.' He jumped up to Luke and hugged him, not panning to let go. "I've missed you."
"Missed you too, Mike. Now can you please let go of me so I can clean up the mess?" Luke asked.
"No." Michael mumbled and held tighter.
Luke sighed and looked over to Calum and Ashton, who just stood there. He silently thanked them for not being clingy today. All four of the boys happened to be very clingy when they got drunk. If often ended with group cuddles.
He turned around and found a very sleepy Diana standing there. She had just woken up from hearing Michael screaming after Luke. Luke tore himself from Michael and walked over to Diana. "Hi, little one. Sorry that they woke you up."
She smiled at the nickname. "It's fine. I'm guessing you need some help?"
Luke laughed and nodded, looking over to the three boys who now were standing there looking at the vase that had fallen to the floor.
After cleaning up and getting Calum, Michael, and Ashton to bed (with some struggles), Luke and Diana were now sitting on Diana's bed. Both were feeling exhausted and ready to go to sleep. Diana laid down under the covers and tore her jeans off her legs. Luke didn't really know if he was supposed to jump in under the covers with her of if he was supposed to sleep in the guestroom. So he got up and got ready to go the guestroom.
"Where are you going?" Diana questioned, her eyes still closed.
"Uh... I just thought that - " Luke mumbled.
"Please stay here."
Luke nodded quickly and went back to the bed. He ripped off his jeans, but left his shirt on. He usually just slept in his boxers (or nude) but he didn't know if Diana would be comfortable with that, so he decided to keep it on. He got under the covers next to Diana, and she immediately snuggled up to him.
"You know." She said. "You don't have to sleep with the shirt on, if you don't want to. I won't mind."
"Yes. Just take it off."
Luke laughed and quickly tor it off his body, and then laid down again. Diana snuggled up to his side again and Luke brought his arms around her.
"Mmm, you are hot." Diana mumbled against his bare torso.
"Well thank yo-"
"Shut up. You know what I meant."
Luke chuckled and decided to keep quiet. A few minutes later Diana was sound asleep once again. Luke tucked a few strands of her hair behind her ear and kissed her forehead.
"Good night, little one."
Diana woke around nine o'clock, feeling wide awake. She blinked a few times and stretched out her legs. She looked up at the sleeping boy next to her. His eyes were still closed and small snores came from him. Diana smiled at the sight and laid her head on his chest again.
She felt really happy for Luke for some reason. She didn't quite know why, but he made her really happy. Right now she was happier then she had been for a really long time. All because of some dork who accidentally added her on snapchat.
She sighed and decided to get up. She carefully detangled herself from Luke and left her room. As she walked by the guestroom where the other three boys were sleeping, she head some loud snores. She chuckled and continued waking until she got to her brother's room.
"Logan." She knocked on the door. "Are you awake?"
"Yeah, come in."
Diana opened the door and found her brother lying in bed with his phone in his hand. She jumped up in the bed and sat down at the end, facing her brother. "Morning."
"Morning, why are you awake so early?" Diana asked him.
"I don't know. Couldn't sleep I guess."
Diana nodded and moved around so she could lean against the wall.
"Sorry for interrupting you and Luke last night..." Logan said without looking up from his phone.
"You didn't interrupt anything." Diana mumbled.
Logan laughed. "Oh come on. I'm 13, not five. I know what a kiss is."
"We were not kissing!"
"No, but you were about to. Don't deny it."
"Fine. It was just a 'in-the-moment' thingy. It didn't happen and it won't happen again. We are just friends." Diana said. She got up and left the room.
"Yeah sure." Logan muttered sarcastically.
Three hours later and now everyone in the house sitting in the living room watching Teen Mom 2 on MTV. Diana wasn't quite sure why they were watching this or why Logan had come down and ended up staying. Luke was sitting next to her and just like yesterday he had put an arm behind her and she had thrown her legs over his lap.
Calum, Michael, and Ashton looked half asleep and they looked like they were in pain (which they were). But at least they had made it down the stairs without complaining too much.
"Why are we watching this fucking shows?" Calum asked and wrinkled his forehead.
"Hey, don't fucking swear!" Ashton said to him.
"Shut it, you two. There are kids here." Luke said.
"Hey! I'm thirteen!" Logan protested.
"I wasn't talking about you actually. I meant your sister." Luke chuckled and received a slap on his chest from Diana.
"Shut up, Lucas."
"That's still not my name."
"Yes it is." She argued.
"No it isn't."
"Yes it is."
"HEY." Michael shouted to get them quiet. "Shut the fuck up."
"You two argue like an old married couple." Ashton chuckled.
"Speaking of couple." Calum started. "Are you together yet?"
"What?" Diana and Luke spoke at the same time. Their faces bright red.
"We are just friends." Luke mumbled and Diana nodded.
"Yeah sure." Michael said sarcastically.
"We are!" Diana assured.
"For now maybe." Calum whispered and Ashton chuckled.
Later that day the boys drove away, heading home, leaving Diana alone - well with Logan - again. She went into the house and found Logan standing in the kitchen.
"You like him." Logan said.
"Luke. You like him."
"No, I don-"
"Yes, you do. And he likes you too." He said and walked away, leaving Diana with her thoughts.
The boys had about an hour left home when Ashton lowered the music and looked back at Luke through the mirror.
"So... Luke." Ashton began. "Is it true?"
"Is what true?" Luke asked confused
"That you and Diana kissed."
Luke's eyes widen and then he sighed. "Logan told you?"
"So it is true?!" Calum asked.
"Yes. Well no but almost."
"What?" Michael asked confused.
"We almost kissed. Then Logan came." He sighed.
"Too bad, bro."
"But it won't happen again. I only like her as a frie-" He stopped himself. "You know what? I don't. Actually. I actually like her more than a friend. I think I actually like her."
"No shit." Michael muttered.
