Sitting in the car Kipper Heron asked Rob if he was getting all that Tanya had got out of Colin Sarin. “Paul King, now there’s a blast from the past as well. We will be monitoring him very closely and I’m sure he is the drug lord on Puerto de Carmen and his associates in Morocco will soon be arrested once he leads us to them.’
We can also get some tasty shots of Paul King doing a deal with our Mr Sarin so that is another arsehole we can put away.’
“Come on let’s get out of here.’
Kipper drove the car down the hill and back to their hotel where Rob was straight onto the phone to Ralph Mason.
The six seat van drove up the M6 motorway with Wolfie Willis and Barry Davis and his lads in the back.
“We will be in Newcastle just after dark said Wolfie are you sure this is where the money is?’
Yes, its there.’
“He will want to get it moved and laundered as soon as possible though.’
Wolfie had two big black men in the front who were both armed and very dangerous.’
Brian Napier chewed on a mars bar in the back after they had stopped briefly for petrol.’
He stuck the last bit in his mouth then licked the chocolate that had melted on his fingers.
“You will end up a right fat bastard if you keep eating the way you do.’
“Did you see what he ate last night said Mickey Costello.’
“Five big Mac’s and chips, a milk shake, and an ice cream.’
“I don’t allow my lot to eat junk food replied Wolfie it makes them sloppy; we all eat at the same table, fresh salad, chicken breast fillet, and baked potatoes.’ We have tuna on Wednesday and steak on Sunday.’
“My lads hit the gym five nights a week too; I have no room for shirkers in my squad said Wolfie.
“My lads just hit people said Barry, they don’t arse on staring at themselves in mirrors all day. You don’t need big muscles to put a bullet into someone; just the balls to pull the trigger.’
Wolfie shut up after that.’
When they reached the Bridges in Newcastle it was just after nine o’clock
Barry got out and jemmied the lock off the double doors and they went inside. There was an old van inside and the place stunk of turps. They went to the back of the van after Rob Mason had used a coat hanger to open the door and he climbed inside and passed them the six sacks of cash.’
Wolfie looked inside each bag checking how much there was before getting the two black men in the front of the van to load it into his van.’
“Well it’s been nice doing business with you said Wolfie as the van started up then drove slowly away. Barry and the others then took the other two sacks that were hidden elsewhere. They shoved them in the van then headed towards Barry’s house.
Once there they counted the cash which came to just over £400.000.
That’s a hundred grand each and we have Wolfie out of our hair.’
“Yes but when Darren finds out we have screwed him again we are going to be wanted men.
“Keep your heads down gentlemen is the only advice that I can give you.’
