The pulled in outside of the plaza hotel and then headed for the reception where Jonathan made the booking. Once he had done that they went to the restaurant and ordered the biggest lobster on the menu. Paul rang Jenny to tell her that he was on his way to pick her up so she made sure that the last customer got his washing out and she locked the front door. Then she washed all the washing machines and driers down and swept the floor where people who had been eating crisps and sandwiches had dropped some on the floor. Jenny took a mop with some Ajax cleaner in it and mopped the floor she was all ready when Paul tapped the window and she let him in.

“Hello my darling said Paul as he took her into his arms and kissed her.

“I’ve missed you so much said Jenny as she put on her coat.’

“I’ve been thinking about you all day too said Paul. Are you coming back to my house, we can have supper together?’

That would be lovely thank you. ‘

Do you want to ring your father and tell him where you are?’

“Yes if you don’t mind.’

Jenny dialled the number and it rang then her mother answered.

Hello mother, its me; I’m just ringing to tell you that I am going to Pauls for supper.’ I won’t be late.

“Alright pet, see you soon.’

Jenny hung up then made her way to the passenger side where Paul was holding open for her. He drove them up Scorer Street past the park and the North Shields Boys Club then tuned left. He stopped outside of his house then got out to help Jenny.

“Something smells good said Jenny as she entered the house.’

“Yes, I made some Fish bites in batter with some curry sauce with onions and peppers and some chips.’
