Barry Davis got into a taxi with the others to the Brew Dog pub the driver drover past Water Street, then along Quay Street and then past the opera house.’ He stopped outside the pub and Barry paid the fare. They all went into the bar and looked around and then ordered a pint each.’

Brian paid for the drinks and they sat down talking about the girls they had slept with.

Looking across at the pool table they saw a group of lads together and Barry overheard one of them saying that they had one of the men responsible for the robbery in Strangeway’s.

Barry waited until two of them went to the toilet. He gave them a couple of minutes then went in and they were both in the same cubicle snorting coke.’

Barry Kicked the door open and the two lads went flying into the corner of the toilet.

Mickey stood outside just in case someone walked in.’

Barry grabbed one of the hoodie’s by the throat and squeezed. Then he asked the others where he could find Wolfie Willis. He lives in Sloane Street said the other lad terrifyingly. Barry then released the grip on the kid he had by the throat and he coughed and spluttered trying to get some air into his lungs.’

“Now you go there sharpish and tell him that Barry Davis wants a word.’

They both nodded and he let them out of the cubicle.’

Barry came out as the two lads left with the others and ran along the road.

“Right he’ll be here in ten minutes. So be ready as they may be tool handed when they arrive.’

They sat and waited until they saw a ford Capri pull up outside and “Wolfie got out with three others.

This is it watch yourselves.’

“Wolfie walked into the bar and there were many who just left their drinks and made for the exits but they were stopped by Wolfe’s men.

Wolfie looked around the room then spotted Barry and came over and sat at the table.

“I hear that you are looking for me.’ Well I’m here what do you want.’

“I’m here to help you get payback on someone.’

Oh yeah and who would that be?’

“Darren Ingles.’

“Ingles said Wolfie as his eyes narrowed. Where is he?’

He’s somewhere where he cannot escape and if you have friends who can get to him then you will be laughing.’

“Where is he?’

“He’s in Strangeway’s nick on remand.’

“Why tell me about this you work for him don’t you?’

“Not now; he sent someone to bump us off whilst we were in Tenerife.’

“Why?

“Because he short changed us on a job.’

“The Security van job right.’

Barry and the rest of them said nothing;

“So he’s on a murder rap then?’

“He’s looking at a lot of bird; so you have your chance to get your revenge and make life difficult as possible for him; in fact you could take him out of the game for good.’

“Yes that’s all well and Good Mr Davis but you lot robbed a van on my patch’

“I will tell you where you can get your hands on 2 million.’

“That’s fair compensation considering you robbed on my patch.’

“So we have a deal then?’
