“He was in such a state that he had to be hospitalised and he swore if he ever got his has on Ingles again he would kill him. Now all we have to do is tell Wolfie where he can find Ingles and that solves our little problem.’
Hey you are one smart man Barry.’
They thanked the farmer and told him that they would return when they sorted out a funeral back in England.
They drove to the Airport in Tenerife and Barry sent Rob Mason in to check it out to see if anyone they knew was hanging around. Ramos was going to look after the car for them whilst they were away and would pick them up on their return.
Rob came running back and told them the coast was clear and that there was a flight to Manchester in one hour.
They said goodbye to Ramos and gave him enough money that would last him and his wife six months.’
They made their way inside the terminal; checked in and waited in the departure lounge.
Not long now fellas’ said Barry as they saw the plane that would be taking them back home.’
“It’s hard to believe that we’ve been here a week isn’t It.’ said Rob.’
“We’ll be back before you know it said Mickey.’
Barry read the papers that someone had left and the photo-fit picture of Ernie Kay was on the front page with the head line Wanted, have you seen this man reward offered for information.’
“I told that stupid wanker to keep his mask on.’ said Brian.’
“We will deal with him as well when we get back.’
“Aye we cannot let him get caught; he will grass us all up that slimy little sod.’
“I know where he will be hiding don’t worry.’
“Where is that?’
“He has an aunt who lives in Haltwhistle that’s where we will find him.’
The call to board the plane came up on the intercom and the lads all got to their feet and were first in the queue. The door opened and they walked onto the gangway then showed their boarding passes to the two nice looking air hostesses.
Doing anything when you get off asked Barry to one of them we are looking for someone to have a good time in Manchester with. The two girls laughed as the Geordies made their way to their seats this time they travelled first class.
“They helped themselves to drinks on board and waited for their meal.
As the plane took off they looked down on the island and said see you soon as the plane banked left then descended into the clouds thirty thousand feet above the ground.
Can I get you gentlemen anything from our duty free range said the girl who had been there when they boarded.’
“What can you recommend said Barry?
I will leave you the catalogue for you to look at. Check out page fourteen in the perfume section it’s very interesting.
Barry waited until she moved further along then opened the catalogue on the suggested page. There was a slip of paper with name Abby written on it and a phone number. It said phone us when we get in and we will show you a real good time.
Abby turned at the bottom and looked at Barry who gave her a wink. She smiled back at him.
