All I could see was dark, all I could hear was white noise, and all I could feel was...
"Hello? Are you okay?" I opened my eyes wearily and looked up at a girl, her hand was rested on my shoulder as if to wake me up, but I couldn't be bothered to scream, not now. I groaned softly and rubbed my eyes, studying her. She was smiling softly, around the same age as myself, her hair was black and her eyes green, I blinked a little, sitting up.
"Where... Where am I...?" I glanced around the bleak place in which I had woken up.
"Leicester train station..." She tilted her head, "Do you not remember getting here?"
"Now I remember...." I sighed as I replied, because I did remember, and all the bad memories came clashing back, the girl must have seen my horrified face, since she have me a concerned look and petted my hair gently.
"Hun, it's okay... What's your name?"
I bit my lip gently and groaned. "I'm Felix-Ervarda Orin Rodgers... Who's bad luck just never seems to end."
"Wanna talk about it?" She leaned against the wall next to me.
"Not really... But I uh... Might as well... My mother had a stroke... And then I found out that I've been... hallucinating? That's the right word for seeing things?"
She nodded, "Yes, yes it is." She gave me a gentle hug... Yet I didn't protest.
"I'm not finished! Then I was told that my best friend from all this time was never real, he was just imaginary, and I see ghosts, and... And, I'm just... JUST A MENTAL FREAK!!"
She didn't say anything for a while, but sighed a little later. "I'm sorry hun..."
"...it's not your fault-"
"LEXUS!!!! OH MY HOLY, FUCKING, JESUS, YOURE ALIVE!!!" There was a loud screech and everyone turned to stare at the blonde boy practically crushing me in a huge hug. "EVERYONE WAS SO WORRIED!!! YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE LIKE THAT!!" He continued to hug me tightly, rocking back and forth. "Please... Please don't do this again..."
I stayed silent and ended up hugging him back. "... Okay..."
He kissed my forehead gently and glanced over at the girl. "Thanks for not letting him get away..."
"Brittany. Brittany Stultz... I go to the Uni just down the road..."
"Oh! Same!" Jak grinned and stuck out a hand. "The name's Jak." He then turned to me, "Come on Lexus... We gotta get back, it's late..."
I nodded and stood up, holding my head. "Let's go then..." I waved at Brittany. "See you around." I then huffed, and stared at the ground as Jak took my hand and walked me back to the Dorm... Yes, like a little tiny child.
Because that, is what I act like sometimes.
