10. Starting Again
I can't believe I just said that to her. Seriously Michael, like the first conversation you have with her, you spill coffee on her, reveal her friend as a liar and say you were going to ask for her number a year and a half ago. Well done! I looked at her and got lost in her eyes. She is so beautiful, she has golden blond hair that flows down her back and bright blue eyes that have so much meaning to them. I can't believe I let her go. A year and a half.
"You were going to ask for my number?" She smiled and giggled lightly, "That's so sweet." she smiled.
"I would have yeah definitely, i'd have loved to have gotten to know you and I'd still like to? If you're up for that of course?" I asked and then shyly looked towards the ground.
"Yeah, I'd love to. Let's start again." She offered her hand out to me. "Hi my name is Y/N, what about you?" I grabbed her hand and laughed, "I'm Michael!"
"Michael? That's a lovely name!" She laughed. Even her laugh was beautiful. "But unfortunately Michael I have to go and give this coffee to my friend with an extreme hangover so I guess I'll see you around?" I had to ask her out. I can't let her get away again. But what if she has a boyfriend? You'll never know unless you try i guess.
"Y/N? Do you wanna go for like a drink tomorrow or something? Like if you want and you don't mind seeing me instead of your boyfriend?" I'm so smooth, just including the part about a boyfriend so she'll tell me without me asking properly, she might just lie to me and say she does because she really hates me. Oh god.
"I would love to! And I don't have a boyfriend just a flatmate called Poppy haha!" She laughed and we exchanged phone numbers. We arranged to meet tomorrow at this same spot same time to avoid fans. I'd actually found the same girl from a night full of thousands of faces a year and a half ago in a world full of people, of all the towns in all all of the countries she could have been in, she was here. Maybe such a thing as fate really does exist.
