I watched as Blake's kidnapper ran away and jumped out the window, I had half a mind to go after him, but he was armed and I looked at Blake. She had bruises all over her body and her arms were covered in cuts. He kicked her chair towards me and I caught her. I untied and uncuffed her and brushed my fingers across the red lines that wrapped around her wrists, ankles, and stomach. She stood up slowly, but collapsed suddenly. I caught her in my arms as she bled out from her arms on to the carpet. I quickly took my shirt off and slid it on to her. I called Niall and told him to have to car pulled around. I picked Blake up and carried her in my arms, supporting her head. I ran outside, it was pouring rain as I cradled Blake against my chest and got into Niall's car.
"Lou! What the hell happened to her?" Niall gasped as he looked back us.
"I'll fill you in later, just drive. She needs a hospital, now." I half growled as I looked down at Blake.
"Hey Blake. Open your eyes okay? Just stay awake. Can you hear me?" I whispered.
She groaned as she opened her eyes slowly.
"Louis..." She breathed.
She looked me in the eyes. I could see the fear flash across her ocean blue eyes as he chest slowly moved up and down.
"Hey. Hey baby. You don't have to say anything right now. Just keep your eyes on me, we're taking you to a hospital. You're going to be fine." I cooed as I kissed her forehead.
She gulped and nodded. We all say like that for another ten minutes, in dead silence. Niall pulled in to the emergency parking and I quickly jumped out of the car, holding Blake tightly in my arms.
"HELP! CAN SOMEBODY HELP US?!" I shouted.
It wasn't long before a doctor quickly came and put Blake on a stretcher.
My breathing sped up as the wheeled Blake away. I wanted to run after her and make sure that she was going to be okay, but they told me I had to wait.
Niall took me to the waiting room and grabbed us both a coffee. As soon as he left a doctor had come up to me, I immediately recognised her, she was the one that took Blake.
"How is she? Is she okay? Can I see her?" I asked quickly.
"Sir, when you brought Blake in she had already lost a lot of blood due to the lacerations on her arms. We had to do an emergency blood transfusion, but it went very well. She has three broken ribs and a fractured wrist. She has a cast on her arm, but she's stable and should be able to go home tonight. Could you tell me what happened to her?" The doctor informed me.
"I'm not positive. She doesn't cut, she not on any medication, but I just found her like that after this man had broken into her flat. I assumed he did this, I don't know his name and I didn't get a good look at him. I'm sorry I can't give you anymore help." I sighed.
"Of course. That's fine. Thank you." She smiled at me and walked away, a nurse had come in a couple minutes later pushing Blake in a wheel chair. I tried to hide my shock and I simply smiled as she handed Blake to me. I looked down at the blue cast wrapped around her arm.
"How are you?" I smiled at her as I helped her into the car, carefully.
"I'm okay." She breathed as she looked out the window.
"Hey. Blake, what happened in there?" I said softly as I placed my hand on her shoulder. She flinched and pulled away from me.
"Blake. Did he...?" I trailed off, I couldn't bring myself to say it.
She turned to look at me, I could see the tears falling from her eyes. She nodded. I pulled her into my arms and held her tightly, careful not to hurt her. I stroked her hair as she cries into my chest.
"You're going to be okay. I promise. We'll get through this." I whispered as I kissed her forehead.
I saw Niall glance back at me in the mirror, but he didn't say anything. He just kept driving. I watched as Blake fell asleep in my arms.
