A/N: This chapter is short because I'm really busy this weekend and won't be able to update until Monday the earliest. So, enjoy! :)

Levi walked through the flurries of little white snowflakes, each one that hit his face melting into a stream of water. His boots crunched under the snow, his raven hair covered in little fluffy looking white dots. Isabel would have run around in it, while Farlan yelled at her to watch out for ice, and she’d blissfully ignore him.

“It’s been a year, huh?” Levi murmured to himself, his voice muffled by the scarf he wore. He was a Senior now, on Christmas break. What sucked was his birthday was December 25th, so instead of Christmas it was “Happy Birthday Levi!”, which only reminded him of his mother.

Levi made the long trek through the snow, his breath hitching. Petra would have her hand intertwined in his, exclaiming about how beautiful it was. Eld and Gunther would be wrestling in the snow, laughing, where Oluo, who would always try to imitate Levi, would click his tongue and cross his arms, telling them they were acting like three-year-olds.

They were supposed to graduate this year. All seven of them were to wear their caps and gowns, accept their diplomas, and go to college together. Levi, Oluo, Gunther, and Eld would have football scholarships. Petra wanted to be a teacher. Farlan was interested in writing books, and Isabel wanted to work full-time at the shelter she volunteered at.

Levi was silent, the sidewalk in front of him seeming endless.

His eyes shot up, widened, and shocked. He looked around, frantic. “Petra?!”

“Levi, hey!”

“Petra!” Levi cried, before everything went dark.

“-vi! Levi!”

Levi’s blue eyes opened to meet brown ones. They were in a car, in a ditch. He noticed that the car must’ve been wrecked. “P-Petra!”

Levi hugged Petra close, running his hand through her ginger hair. She was here, she was alive. “You’re alive? Nothing hurt?” Levi cried, kissing her head.

“I’m fine. So is everyone else, Farlan just broke his wrist, you have a broken ankle, and Eld and Gunther have minor injuries.” Petra smiled, tears in her eyes.

Levi felt around his neck, realizing the pendant wasn’t there. He looked and saw it was around her neck.

Suddenly, an ambulance drove by, EMTs running out. “Are you kids okay?!”

“Yeah!” Everyone replied.

Levi noticed Isabel crying, Farlan holding his broken wrist, Gunther and Eld joking around, and Oluo wiping blood from his mouth where he bit his tongue. Levi buried his face in Petra’s shoulder, tears brimming in his eyes.

“Ev-Everyone’s o-o-okay?” Isabel sputtered, wiping tears from her eyes.

Levi turned and glared at her. “Stop acting like a baby.”

Isabel smiled and wiped her eyes.

They were all safely taken to the hospital, Levi still shocked. It was all a dream? They were here, alive? He then realized… He was having memories as well. That night at Hanje’s was after his mother died, when he couldn’t let it go. He was a freshman then. That lunch with Eren and Mikasa? That was when Armin was sick and most of the members were at an excused event. A day with everyone, meeting Petra, his dream just played off it.

Levi smiled and let out a laugh.

He was so stupid.
