Future: I want to cherish this moment forever. Never let him go.
I wanted him so badly. But a guy like Ryder Paisley would never like me. I don't even think he would talk to me. He's a stud athlete in track, football, and baseball. He's not the most popular guy in school, but he's pretty close. He has golden brown hair that match the color of his beautiful eyes. His skin complexion is a perfect tan. He's pretty tall for Sophomore in high school. I'd guess around five foot six. He has a six pack of abs and very muscular arms. Is it weird that I want to feel his muscles? Probably.
I'll never get to though. The only things I've ever said to Ryder are "Could I borrow a pencil please?" or "Hey, what time is it?" or one time I even said "Cool shirt."
The only things he's ever said to me are "Sure." "3:26." and "Thanks."
I'd be stupid for thinking he'd ever like me back. We aren't really that similar. Like I said, he's a stud athlete in track, football, and baseball. I'm only athletic in long distance running and volleyball. He's one of the most popular guys in school. I'm definitely not popular. I mean, I'm not in the least popular group, but I'm just somewhere in the middle with my friends Trisha Williams, Megan Hetzler, Jade Newman, Lea Tawney, and Chloe Janets. Almost everyone in our group goes by a nickname though.
We're still trying to think of nicknames for Jade and Lea, but they're already such pretty and short names, there's not much to do. I mean, Sometimes we just call then J or L but that's a rarity. Lea hates her name though. She always tells us to call her Grace, because that's the name of her favorite book character. Honestly though, if we were to call her another name, it would be anything but Grace!
