27. On the Hogwarts' Express
The exams were quiet difficult, but it could've been worse. During the exams, James and Sirius barely sleep because they study all night long. Lily ignored James - as usual - since she found out what he did to Severus. Yet, the last day of the exams, she came to us. "You know, Potter, you actually don't deserve any of my time, but let me give you an advice. You would be for more attractive if you weren't a bullier." With that, she walked to the train and the lads and I searched for an empty compartement. James was smiling bright. "What are you so happy about, Prongs?" "Because, Moony, Lily just admitted she thinks I'm attractive. Which brings me one step closer to her." I rolled my eyes. "And you would be way closer to her if you would follow her advice. "One step at a time, my friend. One step at a time." Answered James and Sirius laughed. "What? I'm serious. Besides, I now have an antecedence on you, Padfoot." "Oh, I wouldn't be so sure of that, Prongs." "Oh really, why not?" "Let's face it, I'm better looking than you." I couldn't hold myself anymore and burst out in laughter; the lads joined me. Sirius stared out of the window. "What's wrong, Padfoot?" asked Peter. "Just worried." I almost forgot about his family. "You know you can always write me. If necessary, we'll get you out there." Answered James and Sirius smiled. "I know." At the King's Cross station, we hugged eachother and went to our family. I'll miss these lads.
