"Do you, Natasha Ann Goldman take thee Tori, to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
Natasha smiles warmly. Her bright blue eyes are sparkling from where I'm standing. Her hand is clasped romantically with Tori's. I'm so happy that Natasha and Tori can have this moment with each other since they legalize gay marriage a month ago. They were so happy when they found out they could officially get married.
"I do," she squealed. They're both in a wonderful white wedding dress, yet Natasha's dress is strapless while Tori's has the entire top part covering her entire chest area. Natasha has her brunette hair in a stunning curled bun.
This emotion is too much.
"And do you, Tori Roxanne Wesley take thee Natasha to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do," Tori whispered. I can see her face but not Natasha's since I'm standing right behind her.
I share a big smile with Roy as Tori says her words which made me want to cry out tears of joy.
"I now pronounce you legally married in the state of Georgia," the vicar announced. "you may now kiss the bride."
The crowd cheers as they go in for the kiss. I can only see the back of Natasha's head, however from what I can see, everybody is cheering for them. I catch eyes with Caleb, who stood beside Roy and Kelly and smiling as he applauds with other people. He gives me his perverted grin, which makes me smile. You think three years of being with him, I would've gotten used to him looking at me in his perverted ways but not really. But I'm not griping. The wedding is over and the vows have been said.
I look around the room and it's about time for the wedding after party which is being held in the following room. They got married in this really fancy kind of like a restaurant however not exactly that. I figure you can call it a ballroom.
Caleb comes up to me as I make my way to the table full of food. I might be a senior in a now, but that doesn't change how I eat like a pig. A lot has changed since me and Caleb started dating.
Like I transferred to a public school (Eastwood High) my junior year in light of the fact that my mother concluded that I would be better in a public school. And maybe because she thought Caleb would be too much of a distraction. My dad stopped military training my sophomore year to be with his family more and he now possesses his own bakery which is extremely successful. I get free Hello Kitty brownies and cupcakes constantly.
Violet went to an all-girls school in light of the fact that her mom felt that she paid too much attention to Alex than her school work and I haven't been in touch with her since, that was my junior year. Emma is with my old middle school crush, Tyler Winters and they're extremely happy with one another. We should simply say that Matt didn't let her down that easy- he had feelings for Penelope. Emma got upset until Tyler came back to town right before I left, he doesn't remember me, thankfully. I also heard on the news that Dylan killed somebody in prison so now he has to stay in there until he's around thirty or forty which I hope he overlooks this town and leaves by then. One additionally thing, Jordan is planning on proposing to Penelope and I can hardly wait to see how that turns out. I saw the wedding ring for her and lets simply say that Penelope is a lucky woman.
"That wedding was beautiful," Emma said, coming up to me while wiping the tears in her eyes with a tissue. I couldn't help but admire how gorgeous Emma looks with her short brown hair curled. Tyler comes up to Emma and kiss her on the cheek and wipes a tear that rolled on her cheek with his thumb. "Hey Caleb." She gave me a cheesy smile. We've all made peace after me and Caleb got together I guess you can say.
Even though Emma has eased up on Caleb a ton, she still teases him and sometimes it scares him because she takes her pretty seriously. Tyler whispers something in Emma's ear, which makes her snicker.
"I'll see you later, Mary."
Tyler pulls Emma hand into another room. Caleb playfully knocks me with his hip as I attempted to get a finger sandwich. I attempt to knock him back, however he barely moves. Each since Caleb's senior year, he's been working out a lot and he's really massive. Like his arms remind me of Dwayne Johnson while his abs remind me of Channing Tatum. The astonishing thing is that he's all mine. Caleb knocks me with his hip once more, which makes tumble a bit.
"Stop bumping me, douche bag," I whispered jokingly. Our relationship is basically me insulting him (in a joking matter) and him calling me cute pet name no matter what I call him. He still calls me Little Crazy Train but that's only when he feels like it.
"Whatever, Sweet Cakes. You like it when I annoy you," Caleb teased, stuffing a finger sandwich in my mouth.
"I do, Man Slut." I chuckled with the finger sandwich still in my mouth.
"How am I a man slut if you're the only one I slept with?" he smirked, making me slap his arm. The original plan was that we weren't going to have sex until we were married but that kinda didn't happen. We sort of had a slip one time he came over and I don't regret it or anything but I wanted to do it when I was married and not when I was a junior.
"That was one time and you promise not to speak of it," I said, pushing his muscular arm which didn't have any effect. Darn my weakness.
"Hey Mary," a squeaky voice said behind me.
I turn on my heel to see Kelly and Roy. I'm surprised she still remembers me since the last time I saw her and that's when we're at Tori's bachelor party. Which was about two weeks ago and that's the first time we met. According to her and Roy, I dated Roy's seventh cousin, Larry for like three years and been close since then. Looks like Roy is the same liar he always was.
"Hey Kelly, how are y'all?" I asked, giving them a fake cheesy smile as Caleb holds my hand with a tight grasp.
"Good," Kelly nodded. "Look at the necklace Roy bought me."
Kelly shows me a heart necklace that has an arrow going through the heart and it has diamonds all over the necklace. Beautiful.
"It's beautiful. You're a very lucky girl," I said, seeing that Roy is still awkward around me which I find hysterical.
"Thank you," Kelly grinned, intertwining her arm with Roy's. "Come on Roy. I want to be there when they catch the boutique."
Kelly waves at me before pulling Roy on the dance floor.
"If your relationship doesn't work out. Call me." he said, winking as he hands me a folded piece of paper with probably his number on it.
I look to my side to see that Caleb has murderer, written on his face. I didn't tell him what Roy told me that I waited too long to make a move, I just told him that he moved on to another girl before I can make a move. Which isn't lying, technically. Imagine if I told him that then Roy wouldn't be alive right now.
"Ignore him, babe. You're the who got me, not him," I said, kissing him on the lips which made him smile.
"I love you, Little Crazy Train." Caleb smirked, kissing me again. He just called me little crazy train and we're not even on a date. He can be sweet, sometimes.
"I love you too, Sweet Child O' Mine." I chuckled, kissing him again.
"Ew!" I hear two voices blurt out jokingly. I recognize those voices in a crowd at a concert.
Penelope and Jordan. Jordan looks handsome in his suit and tie and Penelope looks beautiful in a dress that has a black top with a royal blue bottom and wearing some black heels. Me, I'm just wearing a simple royal blue flowy dress with some blue heels that match my dress.
"Y'all are looking cuter than ever," Penelope simpered, drowning her strawberry into the chocolate fountain. She puts the other hand under the strawberry so she wouldn't spill it on her dress.
"Hey man," Jordan greeted Caleb with a handshake, begin having their own conversation. They kinda got over their rivalry with each other since they helped their school win the state championship two years in a row.
"So, how's the whole public school thing going?" Penelope asked, sucking the chocolate off her fingers.
"So much better than private school." I teased.
She squints her eyes and smiles at me sarcastically. "
"Have you heard from Violet?" I asked.
"Yeah, actually. She saids that she's was going to lose her mind in that all-girls school. But that was her Junior year. She could already be in a psycho ward already." She said jokingly.
"So, what happened after you graduated?" I wondered, grabbing another sandwich.
"Well, I'm currently going to school to be a head chef." she smiled proudly with a mouthful of food. She looks just like Jordan when she does that. "What about you? What's your plans after high school?"
"Well, I plan on going to law school," Yep, I still have that lawyer dream and I'm probably not going to change it anytime soon.
"Okay, girls gather around it's time to catch the boutique!" Natasha announced.
All of the girls gather themselves around in a circle except for me because I'm not getting married until after I graduate. I feel someone pushing me on the floor and I turn around to see Jordan and Caleb are pushing on each arm. Natasha turns around and throws the boutique over her head. It was heading towards me so out of habit-I catch it from it hitting my face and everyone (including my mother) is looking at me. All the girls move off the floor and Emma comes up to me with the biggest grin on her face.
"Let's discuss the wedding," she squealed, intertwining her arm with mine and she rambling on what my wedding will be. This time I'm suppositively going to get married in a church and the dresses will be a sky blue which I disagree but I let her ramble on. "And I want to the maid of honor."
I guess some things never change.
